( flashback ) Summer just started I was excited to spend all of it with my friends after this weekend, I had to go to my grandparents house in Vermont. Don't get me wrong they are very nice people but just me my parents and my Grandparents. I started to walk down the hallway in a big grin summer started and I am going to be a Freshman next year. Nicole started to approach me and shouted from down the hall " Hey Izzy! " So embarrassed I looked away. " You can come over to my house this weekend" she exclaimed. I sadly had to explain to her how I was going to my Grandparents house. She grinned " Maybe Kirsten, Jay, and I could go too." I was like "Yes! Yes!"
(Later that Evening) My parents had agreed to let my friends come I was so excited I started to cry! I later called all my friends and we all agreed to meet tomorrow morning so they could ride with me cause driving from New York To Vermont is about 5 hours where we live. My alarm rang like a mad person and woke me up at 6 am to go meet my friends. I quickly ran out of the house to the dead end we always meet at. The wind was blowing really hard and almost took me down at first. It felt like autumn already! We all then walked to my parents mini van and all packed up to go to my Grandparents which I wish never happened...
