Warning: gore, non-consual kissing

Cross turns around and the monster is right behind him despite the fact that he managed to walk a few steps away from him. Quickly Moon takes off the skeleton's mask as his one is already taken off but Cross doesn't get a good look as Moon grips him by the shoulders and pulls to himself, smashing their teeth together.

The skeleton doesn't have time to push him away because the moment he opens his eye sockets the other is gone. There is a blob of goop disappearing into the pavement along with his mask and a bit of paper with something neatly written on it.

He wipes his teeth with his sleeve noting in mind to put the jacket into the laundry later before picking up the paper with his shaky hands and reading carefully. Chara peeked over his shoulder and scowled at the sight.

'Dear Dove, I hope you use the magic that I transferred to you wisely. Meet me tomorrow in the alleyway.
-Sincerely Moon~'

"What a jerk." The spirit glares at the paper as if he would tear it to pieces if he could. Cross is lost in his thoughts for a moment, surely tomorrow Moon will give him a task that will require a lot of magic to do if he transferred some to him.

He is slightly angry that the other monster decided to transfer it through a kiss and did it without permission but he doesn't think about it for too long. He has a home that he needs to return to, some wounds that need bandaging and a roommate that is most likely eating his snacks while he is gone.

Cross shoves the paper and the mask into his pocket before starting to walk to his apartment while avoiding cops along the way, he takes the less safe short cuts through the alleyways and makes it to the building. He takes out his key, opens the old wooden door that creaks loudly and walks inside.

Once Cross walks to the door of his apartment he finds it surprisingly locked, he opens it with the key and walks inside quietly before putting it back into his pocket and closing the door. He walks into his room and hides the money in one of his drawers under the clothes before he puts the key on his night stand.

"Better take care of the wound before you bleed out idiot." Chara scolds him and Cross is actually surprised, impressed even. Did the ghost just give him advice? Probably not out of pity or anything seeing as if he dies then the spirit does too. This time the skeleton listens to the ghost, takes off his jacket, shirt and searches for the wound.

It is easy to find, there is a hole in his rib surrounded by purple bruises and magic that's pouring out of it. There is a small bullet stuck in there, probably one with blocking magic inside it seeing as it stops the wound from closing and sealing with magic like it would normally do. He walks into the bathroom and makes sure to lock the door behind himself before he puts the jacket and shirt into the laundry basket and takes the first aid kit.

It is easy to pluck the bullet out, he had worse wounds then this to know that the tips of his fingers are slim and sharp enough to pull the small projectiles out without causing further damage. He is thankful that there is no one in the house at the moment or his roommate would question the hiss of pain that he made.

He puts it on the sink to get rid of it later before he disinfects the wound and wraps his rib with a bandage to stop the bleeding. Cross looks at the shower and wonders if washing himself is worth it if he will be dirty tomorrow.

He decides that yes, it is. At least he can feel clean for the rest of the day instead of feeling how sticky he is because of all the running that he did. When he makes sure that Chara is out of the room he takes the mask out of his jacket, puts it in the pocket of his shorts before he takes them off and puts them on the toilet.

After the quick shower he puts them back on, puts the first aid kit back in its place and takes the bullet into his pocket to make sure that his roommate will not find it. Finally feeling better and refreshed he walks out of the bathroom.

Someone whistles really loud the moment he walks out and for a moment Cross is overcome with terror before he relizes that Moon couldn't follow him home. He looks around and sighs, it's his dumbass roommate, watching him with those empty eye sockets of his.

"Looking hot there Crossy!" The skeleton grins despite being almost in the same situation as the other skeleton himself, as he is wearing only shorts and a hoodie without a shirt underneath. His target soul floats proudly in front of his rib cage, at first that freaked Cross out but at this point he is used to the sight.

Cross rolls his eye lights and walks to his room before closing the door, he puts the bullet quickly into his piggy bank before closing it and laying down face first on the bed, groaning in annoyance at his roomates behavior and that it actually affected him this time judging by the small blush dusting his cheek bones.

Killer for that is the roommates name walks into the room and closes the door after himself before he sits down next to Cross on the bed and pats his back. "Hard day at work huh? What did you do to get hurt in the ribs?"

The skeleton monster just sighs and buries his head deeper into the pillow. Chara scoffs at him, probably wanting him to say something and shove Killer out of the room but Cross just doesn't feel like it.

Killer raises a brow at the lack of answer but doesn't question it further and for that the Oreo is thankful. "Not in the mood to talk about it? That's okay. I'll leave you alone for today."

The skeleton gets up and leaves, shutting the door quietly behind himself. It's not like Cross needs him or anything or that he feels something for him but in times like those he wishes that Killer would stay, he doesn't even have to talk just, stay and be present because even his presence is comforting enough.
