Dean searched the area hoping to find any other sign that his sister had been there. As he was searching he noticed a piece of paper stuck to one of the walls. Dean walked over to it and pulled the paper off to read what it said. Come find me. Said the paper, before Dean could figure out what to do about it, a blade was tossed right near his head nipping at his ear. Dean flinched and felt his ear only to find that it was bleeding.

"What the.." Dean started but another blade was tossed quickly thinking Dean ducked out of the way nearly running into a tree. He stopped himself and saw a figure standing not too far away. A girl with a blood-stained hoodie and black pants. Her face was covered in a white mask so he wasn't sure who it was. "Who the hell are you?!"

"That is none of your business," said the voice that sounded vaguely familiar to Dean. The young girl tossed another dagger once again, making Dean evade it. Seeing that she wouldn't be able to hit him because of how much he moved, the young girl pulled out a large Machete and walked toward Dean. "Quit moving!" The girl attacked Dean but this time Dean caught her arm before she could land a blow. Knowing that the girl was just a thirteen-year-old kid, Dean had to keep himself from hurting her and was more than ever determined to figure out who she was. He gripped her mask and pulled it off revealing the familiar green eyes that he knew from childhood.

"Sammy?" Dean said caught off guard, Sam was able to kick her brother in the stomach and send him flying. He hit the ruins of the house as the burnt wood broke under his weight, the impact was so great that he had fallen unconscious. Sam stepped over her brother to see if he was dead, from the way it looked, he wasn't moving. Thinking that she had done her job, she grabbed her mask and removed the dagger that was placed in the wood. A smirk appeared on her face as she felt proud of what she had done. Maybe this time, Slendy and the other proxies would think better than to say she was weak. Sam walked away from Dean to make her way back to the castle, however, what she hadn't realized was that Dean was alive. A woman about twenty years old was walking through the forest when she saw a young teenager laying on the ground. She raced over but worried that Slenderman had influenced him. Though from the looks of it, the teen must have gone through a fight.

Jo Harvelle kneeled before Dean, her blonde hair fell over her eyes as she double-checked for a pulse. When she felt one, she decided that it was best to take the young teen to her house. Sure her mother would get mad but she couldn't leave him out here to die. Especially with Slenderman on the loose, Jo brought Dean back to her house which isn't too far from the site, and placed him on the bed. Her mother was out for a little bit so she thought it would be best to take care of the young man before her mother came home. Jo filled a bowl with warm water and grabbed a rag from the closet. Pulling a chair from a nearby table, Jo placed the rag in the water wetting it. She squeezed the water out of the rag and began dabbing Dean's forehead with it. Dean stirred in his sleep causing Jo to pull the rag away and notice that Dean was starting to wake up.

"Ugh," Dean groaned. "Why does it feel like I was kicked through a wall?"

"Because that's how I found you," Jo said, Dean jumped in fright, nearly falling off the bed. "Don't be scared, I was walking through the forest and I saw you lying unconscious, did you really get banged up? Why were you out in the forest? You know it's dangerous! Especially with that monster roaming the place,"

"I was searching for my sister," Dean said and realization had hit him. "My sister attacked me!"

"She became a proxy," Jo explained. "Someone loyal to Slenderman till they die,"

"Who are you?" Dean asked.

"I'm Jo Harvelle," Jo said. "And You are?"

"Dean Winchester," Dean said and held out his hand, Jo and Dean shook hands then pulled away after. "You said that my sister was a proxy?"

"Yes," Jo responded. "I know you're wondering why I know all of this," she explained. "I only know about it because my mother has told stories about him when I was a little girl," she continued. "I take it, you've seen it before?"

"I saw something," Dean said. "When I was ten, my sister walked out in the pouring rain and I had to go find her, I saw this man... at least I think it was a man,"

"He lures kids into the forest Dean," Jo explained. "But he has often gone after kids who have hunting in their blood," she continued. "He also only ever goes after the youngest children, kids who are most vulnerable to his influence,"

"How do I stop it?" Dean asked. Jo told him that there was no escaping Slenderman's mind control since his influence basically took your soul away.

"You can't," she responded. "Once Slenderman has influenced a child they just become shells of their former selves," she continued. "Face it your sister is basically soulless now,"

"I will never accept that," Dean answered immediately. "No mind control is irreversible, I will kill the son of a bitch if I have to,"

"Dean I don't think you understand, no one in the world knows what Slenderman really is, let alone how to kill him," Jo cautioned. "If you go after him you will just become a proxy yourself," Dean said he had to take that chance since his sister needed him, now more than ever. She probably didn't even know what she was doing or remember who she was.

"You can't stop me," Dean declared. "I'm going to find a way to save my sister and if it means I have to lose my soul to an eight-foot whatever, then I'm going to lose it," he continued. "Everyone else has given up on her but I won't because I promised I would never let her get hurt, losing myself is easier than losing her," Jo realized that with words like that there was no way she was going to talk him out of this. She told him that it wouldn't be easy since no one knew if Slenderman was created from an idea or was some kind of monster.

"How much do you want to know?" Jo asked.

"Everything, I need to know everything about this slender man," Dean
