At The KingPins HideOut...

The KingPin shot again hitting Mrs. Stacy in an artery. Her blood started squirting out. She was knocked out cold.

"One chance remember that..." Said KingPin as a dome cover him and shot out of the place.

Spidey leaped forward and checked for their pulses. Mrs. Stacey's pulse was fading away quickly while. He felt no pulse on Mr. Hardy. Tears poured out of Spideys eyes in his mask. He yelled as he webbed up the wound on Mrs. Stacy.

He saw in Mr. Hardy's pocket a note that said Spider-Man on it. Spidey picked Mrs. Stacy and took the note. He tried to make space when suddenly Mr. Harry's body got covered in a dome and shot out.

"This always happens to me...I'm sorry Black Cat I know he was your teacher...damn I'm sorry for you too Mrs. Hardy and...Felicia...it's my fault...it always is...my bad luck has affected your family too..."

53 Blocks Away...

Black Cat was jumping through the buildings. She was thinking about what the KingPin meant by 'one chance'. She landed on top of a jewelry store. Her eyes flared up, she saw the jewels. She lifted her arm about to brake the glass. But she jumped back and kept jumping from building to building.

"Daddy wanted a better life for me...I'm not going to mess that up for him." She said as she leaped forward and fainted...

In An Ambulance...

Spidey had found to paramedics on brake with their ambulance. He told them that she had been shot and to get them to a hospital as soon as possible. He didn't want to risk swinging with her blessing out.

She was strapped I'm close to flatlining. Spidey sat on the roof of the ambulance and talked to the paramedic that was helping keep her stable.

"Is she going to make it?" Said Spidey as they got closer to the hospital.

"Her condition is critical right about now. I can't do much in here, she will get the best help as soon as we get to the hospital." Said the paramedic while he kept pressure on the wound.

Spidey laid down on the roof of the ambulance as it raced to the destination. He started thinking about the events that took place.

I fought what seems like an unbeatable Spider-Slayer. My Spider-Sense acted up again. I got captured. A war broke out. I got electrocuted and the wind punched out of me. I fought two more weaker Spider-Slayers. I got burned by The Black Cat. I watched as the bullet pierced through Mr. Hardy's head, a horrifying sight. Then I saw Mrs. Stacy get shot as well and she's in Critical Condition.

I said I would save everyone. I said no more deaths as long as I'm around. But what if Mrs. Stacy was right? She probably is right. Trouble does follow me everywhere. I have too many life and death responsibilities that a sixteen year old shouldn't have.

At The KingPins Home...

"Sir what should we do with the body?" Asked one of the KingPins men.

"Make it seem like someone killed him. Make sure it does not trace back to us." The KingPin said as he sipped his drink.

"Sir he was our only chance if getting the super soldier formula."

"I know that, but I have a plan and you can tell the other that Black Cat will soon be with us." Said the KingPin as he looked at the fire in his chimney.

At Oscorp...

"What the hell was that!" Demanded Norman as he watched the forage of Spidey and Black Cat braking the Spider-Slayers easily.
