Bobby hadn't heard from Dean Winchester in years, ever since the teen had insisted on the fact that finding his sister was more important than solving a case. It wasn't exactly a falling out but one thing he wished Dean would remember was that this job wasn't about saving just one person. As his wife always used to say don't lose a thousand lives just to save one.

"So you idjit what can I do for you?" Bobby asked once he picked up the phone. Dean said that he needed the colt and a little bit of help, the older knew he was going to regret asking but he questioned his surrogate son on why he wanted the colt. "So what do you need the colt for?"

"Slenderman," Dean answered. Bobby laughed thinking that Dean was kidding. "I'm serious,"

"Slenderman, the actual urban legend from the internet?" Bobby asked. "I'm pretty sure he doesn't exist unless all its believers turned it into a tulpa,"

"No it's not a tulpa," Dean responded. "It sounds crazy I know but it's the truth, he took Sammy and a bunch of other kids," he continued. "I don't know what he did but he turned my little sister into a manic, she tried to kill me," he kept going. "So that's why I need the colt, I don't know what else might work on the guy,"

"I don't really know what's going on son, but if you come over here and explain it I can give you the gun," Bobby answered. "By the way, where are you?"

"Right outside your house," Dean responded. "Open the door," Bobby hung up and rolled over in his wheelchair to open the door. He had broken both his legs on a hunt a while back so he was stuck in the chair, Dean quickly learned not to say anything about it.

"Come on in you idjit," Bobby said to him. Dean walked into the house and closed the door behind him.

"I know what I was talking about sounds crazy, but he is real," Dean said. "No regular weapon will hurt him, and even if I get all eight pages, my gun won't do anything," he continued. "I need that colt, it can kill anything,"

"I believe you but I don't like this, all the lore you can find on whatever the guy says that anyone who looks for him ends up becoming his puppet," Bobby cautioned. But he had known Dean for a long time and knew the possibility of dying or losing his mind was better than not having his sister with him. "Colt is in the back, be right back and don't touch anything," Bobby wheeled over to his back closet to grab the box. While Bobby was getting the colt, Dean was busy looking around the living room. A lot of Bobby's prized possessions were on the mantle or hanging on the wall. Dean picked up what looked to be a glass bottle with a werewolf claw and examined it; however, the minute he sat it down he had accidentally knocked over a glass ball which began to roll on the mantle.

"Shit," Dean said as he was attempting to stop it but it had fallen on the ground breaking into a million pieces. Dean flinched at the sound and quickly started pushing it under the nearest rug.

"What was that?" Bobby asked as he rolled back into the room with the box. The older hunter immediately noticed that there was a lump in his rug and knew Dean had broken something. "What did you break now?"

"Ahem, nothing," Dean said, clearing his throat as he stepped away from the rug. "So um did you find the colt?"

"Yes I did, there are only four bullets left for the darn thing," Bobby answered, opening the box and handing Dean the gun. "So how do you plan to catch Slenderman anyway, no one ever has,"

"I'm collecting all eight pages, then I'm going to fight him on his own turf," Dean explained. "His castle, wherever the hell it is,"

"It's in the woods just make sure you don't accidentally kill any of those kids," Bobby reminded him. "They don't even remember who they are,"

"I know," Dean said. "Wish me luck Bobby, oh and um maybe next time don't put your glass ball where it can be knocked over," Without letting Bobby say anything else, he took off out of the house and went in search of the remaining pages. However, as he neared the forest, he could hear someone following him. Dean paused and waited, the footsteps paused as well. Knowing that he was being followed he listened carefully for any sound that might tell him how close they were. With almost lightning-fast speed he could hear someone creep up behind and he turned around stopping their hand before they could stab him.

"Hi Dean," Sam grumbled, realizing her brother had caught her. "How did you survive?"

"Who cares how he survived!" the other kid said, he had been wearing a dark gray hoodie. "We need to kill him and get that paper back!"

"Sorry kiddos, but I won't tell you," Dean said. "And Sammy this is not you! Snap out of it, this is not you!" Dean pushed the two kids back and stepped away, reaching into his pocket he held up the sheet of paper. "If this is what you want you'll have to do more than stabbing me to get it back," he folded the paper back and placed it in his back pocket.

"Ugh where did you get that?!" Sam screamed. She was sounding a bit like a man that was possessed since her voice echoed. "Give it to me!" She demanded. Quickly thinking Dean pulled out a flashlight and set the light to rapidly blink in their faces he tossed the light toward his sister and her fellow proxy and quickly took off as fast as he possibly could to get away from them. Her fellow Proxy, Garth groaned as he was suddenly blinded by the light.

"He is so dead!" Garth yelled. Samantha's head hurt for a few seconds before she responded.

"Master wants us to report back to him," Sam said. "I want you to go back and tell him what happened, this hunter is mine," She ran after Dean before Garth could answer. Dean had ducked behind one of the nearby buildings thinking that he had gotten a head start on them. It also helped him to think about what he could do, the pages were in the forest and he had to get there but it was going to be hard with his sister following him. Dean peeked around the corner to find that no one was following him, he turned back but had to quickly evade his sister's attack she had snuck up on him and nearly took his head off with the damn machete. Dean stumbled back but kept his balance.

"Sammy..." Dean said. "Don't you do this,"

"Ugh stop with the mushy talk and just fight me, I don't even know who Sammy is, I'm a proxy," She responded, going at him with her weapon. What she didn't count on was how fast Dean was when it came to avoiding her swings. "Stay still so I can hurt you!"

"I would but that's not going to happen," Dean said when his sister came in for another strike, Dean grabbed her wrist and knocked the machete out of his sister's hands. He pushed his sister up against the wall. "I'm not giving up on you Sammy! No monstrous asshole will keep you from me,"

"I don't even know you, my master just told me to kill you," Sam responded but it was clear by her tone she didn't mean her words. For a split second Dean swore he saw the hesitation on his sister's face.

"Right, how about you give your master a message for me," Dean said. "You tell him that I have the colt, and the paper," he continued. "I will collect the last seven papers and I will come after him and kill him," with that being said Dean had knocked his sister out despite the fact that he didn't want to hurt her. Right now she needed to stay out of the way, at least until he could find the last of the papers. With his sister unconscious, Dean ran for the forest to start his search.
