The Next Morning

Jordan : You came!
Nessie : I did!
Jordan : Order, it's on me
Nessie : Are you sure?
Jordan : I invited you pretty one. It's on me.
Nessie : Okay! An iced caramel latte.

After we ordered and paid, we got a table and sat down.

Jordan : Tell me about yourself.
Nessie : Lets see! I'm a fashion designer.
Jordan : Wow! Do you model your designs?
Nessie : Sometimes yes but not as much. I don't feel model material.
Jordan : Really? But you're gorgeous.
Nessie : -laugh- Thank you! What about you?
Jordan : I'm a businessman.
Nessie : In what exactly?
Jordan : I own nightclubs.
Nessie : Wow
Jordan : Surprised?
Nessie : I mean- you do look wealthy but I thought you were a lawyer or something.
Jordan : -laugh- No just business.
Nessie : Do you know how to cook?
Jordan : That's a random question.
Nessie : I want to get to know you too you know?
Jordan : Oh now you're interested?
Nessie : I never really said I wasn't...
Jordan : I do cook.
Nessie : Do you know how to make mashed potatoes?
Jordan : Yes
Nessie : I love mashed potatoes!
Jordan : Then I'm gonna have to cook for you one day.
Nessie : -smile-  You're not as bad as I thought you were.
Jordan : What did you first think of me?
Nessie : I thought you were a manwhore.
Jordan : -laugh- I don't play women.
Nessie : Wow! You take a woman seriously and I don't do relationships. We're completely opposites.
Jordan : Bad experience?
Nessie : Yes that's why I only do one night stands.
Jordan : So I wasn't your first one night stand?
Nessie : No
Jordan : Hm
Nessie : I know what you might be thinking. That I sleep around. That I have no respect for myself. That men are a hobby to me. Maybe yes I'm a bad person in that matter but trust me I have my reasons on why I'm like that towards men.
Jordan : I'm no one to judge you. In fact I love how confident you are. I like your honesty.
Nessie : Oh that's new. Most men who want a shot with me end up running away because of how many men I've been with.
Jordan : I'm not like most men.
Nessie : And I'm not like most women.
Jordan : I see that. That makes you unique.
Nessie : Oh..,..no one has ever called me unique before.
Jordan : No?
Nessie : Nope! Men don't really sweet talk to me.
Jordan : Can I?
Nessie : -smile-

Nessie
Wow this man is different. I judged him too early. Maybe we really can be friends. He's easy to talk to and I love that he doesn't judge me.

Glam Modeling Agency

Nathan : Nessie didn't come today?
Celeste : About Nessie. What's going on?
Nathan : Nothing
Celeste : Nathan, don't look for something that's not there. You know she won't ever give you a chance...
Nathan : I know but I still have hope that maybe one day she'll give me a shot. You never know. So much time spent together can make feelings grow.
Celeste : Please don't get your hopes up. I know her better than you do.
Nathan : It's fine! I know what I'm doing..
Celeste : If you say so. I care about you brother. I don't want to see you hurt.
Nathan : Thanks sis...

Downtown Cafe

Nessie : -laugh- Oh my god you're fun to be with!
Jordan : I'm glad you don't find me boring.
Nessie : No of course not!!
Jordan : Can I have your number? I'd love to talk to you again.
Nessie : Sure!

Nessie
He handed me his phone so I could type in my number. I handed him mine so he could do the same.

Jordan : Great! I have a meeting to get to but I'll call you?
Nessie : Okay! Thanks for the coffee!
Jordan : Of course! I'll see you soon.
Nessie : -smile-
Jordan : -walks away-

Michelle : Hi!
Nessie : Hi Michelle and Cody!

Nessie
Her little boy waved at me as he smiled. Maybe I don't see myself with kids but kids love me!

Michelle : Who's the hottie?
Nessie : Eyes off! You're married!
Michelle : Oh yeah huh? -laugh- So is he a friend?
Nessie : Yeah
Michelle : Oh girl don't let Nathan see him with you!
Nessie : Nathan and I are just friends.
Michelle : Maybe but it's obvious he's into you.
Nessie : -sigh- I already told him I can't offer him anything serious..
Michelle : Just don't hurt him because if you do, Celeste will also be upset.
Nessie : Yeah I know.

Nessie
I do feel bad about Nathan but I already told him I can't give him anything serious.

I can try to stop having sex with him to stop his feelings for me from growing but we're only human and I have so little restraint...

My other problem is Celeste. She's my best friend and I know this is going to cause problems.

Teresa's Apartment

Teresa : Did you talk to him?
Mrs Ross : Yes but he's determined to get a divorce. I'm doing everything I can to convince him otherwise.
Teresa : I love him. I can't live without him...
Mrs Ross : Don't worry honey. I'll find a way to fix your problem. You have me.
Teresa : Thank you....
