11. Let's go on an adventure, baby !

There was a strange serious look on Damon's face after seeing the ring.

"You okay , man?" Asked Aaron as he looked at Damon

"Yeah . Let's go get answers from our witch" Damon said and started the car.

"Bad news. She's a little...um...dead" saivy said.

"A little? Stuck between dimensions or something" Aaron asked.

"No. Dead . Really dead...didn't know anything like 'stuck between dimensions' existed.  She's completely dead" that sounds so weird she thought.

"What is the name of this witch?" Damon asked.

"Sylvia "

"Her full name, smartass. That's how we'll get to know her lineage"

"Ok ,rude ass. You could say a little nicely next time"

They both stared at each other.

"So 300 years huh? " Aaron tried to break the tension"pretty long time to be alive ,through all the wars and scientific discoveries"

"Please stop talking" Damon said

"Yes I should" Aaron replied.

"Hall. Sylvia hall" Saivy said.

"I know a witch here. She could be of some help" Damon said," Let's go on an adventure, baby" And took a left turn.

In a couple of minutes they reached the place . They got out of the car and Damon knocked on the door of a red roofed house. A woman in her early 50s opened the door and Damon gave her a smile.

"Hey Alice. It's been a long time."

"Damon salvatore" She said in a monotonous tone" After all these years , what brings you here"

"Come on. You can express the joy you're so badly trying to hide. I was the star of your early 20s and now you're not even inviting me in?"

"That was 30 years ago. I'm married now. I have children and a family. I'm not gonna invite a vampire in. You have to go" She said.

"Mrs. Barnes?" Saivy said in a surprized tone emerging from behind Damon. She stood beside Damon now.

"You know her?" Damon asked saivy with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes" saivy said," she's my chemistry teacher. My chemistry teacher is a witch!"

"Damon, are you using her?" The witch ,Alice asked Damon," I know she is quite expressive in showing her desire for the opposite gender and she sometimes wears revealing clothes....."

"Heyy!" Saivy said.

"......and maybe her blood type is your favorite....I don't want to know.....but she's a kid, Damon...a kid from my class on top of everything. I won't let you use her"

"Don't worry. I'm not using her.She's a vampire" Damon said.

"What? My chemistry student is a vampire. No wonder her grades are decreasing day by day." Alice said,"But thank god, atleast she's not your personal blood bag or sex toy" alice said.

Aaron let out a laugh.

"Hey, I'm standing right here" saivy said.

"Moving on " Damon said" I'm not here to make you relive your 20s . I'm here to ask for your help. Please, it's important."

"Alright. You can come in ."

They went in and went to alice's study to talk further.

"Hey" Kris said to katherine," everything okay?"

Katherine looked around and said," Yes it's just that I don't see my friends."

"Ella's over their" Kris said as he pointed at ella with his eyes.

"But Saivy doesn't seem to be anywhere near ."

"They must be here somewhere. "Kris replied the moment he began to sense a look of concern on her face."The guy with her seemed... responsible"

"I barely know that guy. They just started to hang out a few days ago."

"Don't worry " He said as he hugged katherine in a warm embrace," Let's talk about something else...um...something happy.....someone's birthday is coming in a couple of days"

Katherine smiled.

Kris continued, " So, do I get my alone time with the birthday girl on that day?...possibly a few hours around midnight"

His eyes beamed with joy as he asked that.

"You will be there all the time , ofcourse ,but I can't promise alone couple time. My friends would be there"

Kris let out a slight frown and said," please, could you arrange it? I planned something grand for you.....2-3 hours max....just the two of us..... midnight.....wine.....moonlight"

Kris brought his lips closer and closer to katherine's ,with every word he said. And as the word 'moonlight' escaped his lips They kissed each other and imagined their perfect night together.
