Chapter 23 Zayn’s P.O.V
A picture of Amy, Jasmine, and Adam pops up, I remember Adam, he loved Amy to the moon and back.
Jasmine’s P.O.V
I sit fidgeting with my fingers on my sofa waiting for Amy to call. Her and Adam had decided to take a “honeymoon” for a week, and now they were arriving at the airport and Zayn is going to pick them up. Zayn didn’t want me to go because he knew I would be freaking out when I saw Amy’s new husband and I would probably act all protective over Amy. But Amy promised she would call when the plane landed so, I wait.
My phone starts to ring and I reach for it. I pick it up and press answer in one swift movement. “Well that was fast.” Amy jokes with a slight laugh from the other end of the line.
“AMY!!!! Are you almost here? How was your honeymoon? How’s Adam? Are you in the car? Are you just getting off the plane? Do you see Zayn?” I didn’t mean for so many questions to pop out but they did. Amy laughs.
“Jasmine, I’m in the car and on my way, just stop asking questions.” She laughs again.
“Sorry.” I say.
“It’s fine.” Amy says. “I have to go but I’ll see you in a bit.” The line goes dead and I sit thinking if I should make tea, or just sit here, or go and wait for them outside. My thoughts are interrupted because Lucy jumps onto the sofa and starts liking my cheek. I laugh. She’s getting big but she’s so cute. I laugh and forget about everything until the door opens and Lucy jumps off me to bark at the intruders.
I jump off the couch too, I run straight for the door as Zayn walks in and calms Lucy down. Amy walks in and I can see her hand is intertwined with Adams but I run and hug her anyway. Amy is surprised and laughs.
“Hey.” She says.
“Don’t EVER leave me again! Do you know how hard it is to take care of these 5 wierdos on your own!? I swear I was going to die!!” I say squeezing her tight. She laughs.
“Yeah I know the feeling. I had the same feeling before you came along.” She says still laughing. I pull away to see and VERY attractive male standing awkwardly next to Amy. I give him a hug which surprises him, and by the way Amy laughs I guess you can tell he’s surprised. I pull away and look at him.
“So your Adam.” I say.
“Yes I am.” He replies.
“What do you do for a living? Can you support Amy? Are you and Amy going to move into her flat because it’s SO small! What makes you think you can just marry my best friends and not tell me who you are?” I didn’t want the questions to flow out but they did. Adam seemed taken aback and Zayn put his arm around my waist and dragged me away toward our bedroom. He turned around and said.
“We’ll be right back, make yourselves comfortable.” He said before dragging me away. He closed our door behind us and sat me on the bed.
“What do you think your doing?” He asks.
“Just seeing if he can take good care of Amy that’s all.” I say. He sits next to me and wraps an arm around me.
“But that’s not your job, and I’m sure Amy wouldn’t marry just anyone. And they truly love each other. The whole time since they got off the plane their hands have been intertwined and when I offered one of them to sit in the front seat they said they would rather sit together in the back.” Zayn says sweetly.
“I’m just scared he’ll take her away from me, I guess.” I say looking up at Zayn. He kisses my head.
“No one can EVER take Amy away from you. And if at one point she does leave, which I don’t think will EVER happen, you still have me, I’m not going anywhere.” He says.
“Oh great, stuck with you.” I huff playfully. Zayn smiles.
“Well it’s not to pleasant to be with you ether.” He replies just as playfully. I playfully punch him in the shoulder and he returns it by kissing my lips.
“I love you.” I say after we pull away.
“I love you too.” He says and we get up and walk out of our room and to the lounge where Amy and Adam play with Lucy.
“Who wants tea?” I ask.

So this chapter was mostly just to show how much Amy and Adam are in love…
