Because of his own injuries but mainly because of his sister's weakened state, Dean brought them to the hospital. He had to come up with a story about some human trafficker when the doctor examined Sam. The seventeen-year-old also made sure to mention that there were more kids back in the forest that needed help, so the hospital sent a bunch of paramedics to pick them up.

"So how is she?" Dean asked.

"She is lucky to be alive with all the trauma her body went through, she could have died from it," the doctor explained. Sam was fast asleep on her hospital bed, not aware of the conversation about her. "I've given her something to help sleep and some IVs to rehydrate her body," she continued. "I'm going to prescribe some painkillers and a few others to help her, she's no doubt going to develop some insomnia problems from all the trauma," she kept going. "The last thing I want to mention is that I'm concerned about her weight, for a thirteen-year-old she weighs twenty-five pounds less than she should," she continued. "I recommend giving her five or six small meals a day until she is back to a healthy weight,"

"I will make sure to do that ma'am," Dean answered. He made sure to write everything down just in case he forgot one thing. While Sam was finally safe from Slenderman, she was in bad shape and Dean had to do his best to help her recover. "My sister means everything to me, how can I thank you?" He asked.

"I understand I have a daughter of my own, and no need to thank me, just doing my job," Dr. Agatha responded. She left the two siblings alone and told Dean to press the button if his sister needed anything. A few minutes later Sam opened her eyes and noticed her big brother, she tried to sit up but Dean had her lay back down.

"Dean," She said.

"Hey kiddo, how are you feeling?" He asked. Sam told him that she felt like she needed to sleep for a whole day. "Yeah well I'm going to have you sleep, you've been through a lot Sammy,"

"Am I going to be okay De?" She asked. "What about the other kids

"Of course, you will be, I won't let anyone hurt you again," Dean promised her. "The other kids are going to be fine, they're being brought to the hospital now," Sam smiled weakly and said he was like a superhero. She didn't stay awake for long as Dean playfully ordered her to get some rest. After she fell back to sleep, Dean had to face the inevitable and tell his parents about what happened. While he was talking on the phone with his father, a girl in the hallway was with her mother Agatha. She couldn't see Dean, but she stared at where he was with a look of pure hatred. Her eyes went red for a minute before her mother called to her. She left the hospital but promised to find the man who took her father away.
