The nostalgic scent of spring drifted to the young female who stood by the window of her room. Her face was expressionless, as if she didn't give a care in the world.
•••
"Hikari, don't give me that face, the sakura blossoms are beautiful and full of color this year"
•••
Her mother's voice sounded behind her, and the blue haired trainer shifted over to the side so her mother had room to see. Hikari tipped her head. Colors? No, she didn't see the world in colors at all. Only black and white. Monotone. Her world was painted black and white. The bluenette's eyes were always tainted and dull.
•••
"Huh... I'm going to eat breakfast""Hikari, you'll see the world in color someday. I know you see it in black and white, but once you meet that 'special someone', your world will sparkle with life and color"
•••
The female stopped, and her eyes darkened. She had never experienced such a feeling. Love? How foolish. She didn't need love. After pausing for a while, she left the room, emotionless.
