My name is Talila McDaniels I am fourteen years old . I was home alone and my parents was at a dinner with there friends. I heard some one ring the door bell. I didnt open the door I just let the person ring the door bell then the person left .Then all of a sudden I heard a big boom . I hurried up and grabbed my phone and its charger . I closed the door to my room and pushed my dresser in front of the door. Then I heard foot steps walk through out the house. I opened the window and I jumped I ran to my neighbors house The Henderson family and I knocked in there door .
"Some one broke in to my house . Can I come in and use your phone ."
I said. They let me come in and I called 911 .Then I called my parents . My parents said they will be coming in thirty minutes.The police came the police men went inside our house .As soon as they went in my parents came. When my parents got out the car I went to the window and waved. My mom saw me and she ran to our neighbors house and my dad followed her. They knocked one the door and Mrs.Henderson opened the door.
"Is Talila here?"
My mom asked . Mrs.Henderson motioned me to come over . My parents gave me a hug . Then we walked out side. When the police men came out they came out with this man the man looked at us and it looked like he was saying some thing
