Peter explained what he was going to do to Betty one more time. Peter thought it was cool he skateboarded everywhere and the library was no exception. So this time he wanted Betty to get on the board with him.
  "It'll be fun I swear," "ok lets go." As soon as Betty and Peter started skateboarding through the library she had thought to herself how fun it was. She was breaking the rules which she never did, and she was glad to be doing it with Peter. Suddenly they heard Mrs. Pixley yelling at them, "What are you doing Mr. Parker!" "Shit get off Betty," Peter told her. "Why?" Betty was confused as to why Peter wanted her to get off the skateboard, "cause I don't want you to get in trouble Betty," Betty could tell Peter cared about her getting in trouble so she jumped off the board.
  "Oh gosh, are you ok Miss Summers?" Mrs. Pixley didn't see that Betty was on the skateboard with Peter, "yes Mrs. Pixley I just got pushed over, but I'm fine thank you." "It was that boy wasn't it. I've told Mr. Parker so many times to stop riding his skateboard in the library and he won't listen," Mrs. Pixley ranted to Betty. "I better go get that boy." "No it wasn't him." Betty pleaded, "it is ok Miss Summers you don't have to cover for him." "But Mrs. Pixley-" "Now Betty you should come with me to the dean's office."

"Mr. Parker, we as a school have told you time and time again that you are not to ride your skateboard in the halls. Now you have harmed a student because of it. We would like for you to formally apologize to Miss Summers." Betty looked at Peter apologetically. "I'm not hurt Mr. Thompson. Peter didn't do anything wrong." "Miss Summers it is ok, like I said you don't have to cover for Mr. Parker just because you are friends." Mrs. Pixley said. "Mrs. Pixley I-" "Betty it's ok. I'll apologize for what I did." Peter winked at Betty. "Thank you Mr. Parker." "Betty I would like to say that I am sorry for running you over with my skateboard and that I will never ride it in the halls again." Peter smirked.

Betty really thought that all the time to be honest, it was just that right now Peter looked especially cute. Maybe because his hair was messier than usual or his smirk made her melt inside. But all Betty really knew was that the cutest part of Peter was his eyes. She loved his eyes; they made him feel safe and warm. Even though it had only been a month of knowing Peter she really liked him. She liked him more than Dylan and Tilly, and she couldn't explain it. The way she liked Peter was different from the way she liked her two other friends; it was a deeper kind of like. She wanted to tell him everything about herself and just wanted to be with him every second of the day.
  Betty didn't know Peter felt the same way, but he knew why he like her. He was in love with Betty quite honestly. Peter could never tell anyone that. To his knowledge nobody knew his feelings for Betty, but someone did. Tilly had noticed that Peter was in love with Betty from when she saw Peter follow her into the coffee shop. It was now Tilly's mission to help Betty realize her feelings for Peter. Of course Peter didn't know about this mission, but Tilly was going to talk to him about it. She just didn't know when.
