Carter's POV

"I have put my carry-on away and made sure I have my headphones out, and charger out just in case," I say out loud as I go through my checklist in my mind.

I finally sit down and get to look around the plane as people start to fill in the empty seats around me. I stop for a moment noticing the comfortable seats and the elegantly placed blue in the fabric, Along with a sizable fold-down table that fits perfectly with the seat.

As I noticed more of the little things I began to drift off to sleep...

Carter's Dream

"Why is everyone running from me?" I say to myself
"I'm just trying to say hi."

I then catch a glimpse of myself in a broken window that is busted out of this old house.
I was taken aback by what I had seen. I stumbled off the deck of the house that used to be so beautiful. As time went by the House and the beautiful surroundings of the park next to the house deteriorated. The trees slightly blowing in the crisp breeze of the Autumn Night gradually disappeared into the abyss of night.

I walked back up to the window to see a devil-looking creature gazing back at me, I gradually lifted my hand into the reflection just to see that this monster was me. I am a real demon. I have giant teeth, blood-red glowing eyes, startling features, and even wings.

I stumbled back once more and felt something pull my leg and I fell...

Abruptly I woke up back on the plane. About an hour away from landing in Virginia. With my brain being scared of what felt like reality but was only a dream.
