~everyone is at the festival and Rory is sitting in a corner reading a book~
"Hey Ace~" Rory jumped from a voice above her.
"Sage?? I told you not to call me that. And what are you doing her anyways?"
"Okay Ace- first of all, everyone in the town is supposed to be here. And second, why are you reading a true crime detective book-?"
"It's a long story"
"Hm guess I have time to listen.." Sage sat by Rory. "Now spill."
Rory sighed. "Okay so basically I just found out about 2 of my missing family members and my dad won't tell me anything about them so now i'm reading a detective book to see if it can help me find them."
"Oh wow that's a lot." Sage put their hand on Rorys shoulder. "Im in."
Rory looked at sage in surprise. "Wait what?"
"You're looking for 2 long lost family members and I honestly have nothing better to do," Sage took Rorys hand and helped her up, "Now where do we go first, Ace?"
