AUTHOR'S POV

It's Sunday night in Seoul, Liam and BamBam are at Taehyun's nightclub. It's past midnight and the boys, mainly Liam. Are chugging beer and talking to every single pretty lady they see there. Liam being his horny self, already has a random girl making out with him on his lap. BamBam enjoys drinks and laughing with his friends.

"Cheers!" BamBam and his friends bring their glasses together and they down it as fast as they could. Taehyun, the club owner saw what was happening with Liam and shook his head. Bam looked at his watch and frowned. "Liam, it's 2 am we should leave." He shook Liam by his shoulders slightly. Liam reached his hand out and patted Bam's face signaling him to leave first. "Liam, cmon we have work tomorrow, Namjoon is gonna be mad at you again," Bam warned. Liam stood up with the girl still around him. "I'm going to the penthouse," Liam told Bam and left the club. Bam sighed but kept drinking anyway. "He's always being like that," Bam said to Taehyun. "He's gotta learn his lesson somehow, you're not always gonna be here to warn him," Taehyun added and sipped his beer.

Meanwhile, Jennie is in her room pacing back and forth being nervous about her first day tomorrow. "I don't even know why I'm so nervous anyway! I'm a five-star assassin, I can do this," Jennie furrowed her eyebrows and looked to the phone screen where Jihyo is laughing at her. "Don't sweat it, Jennie, you're gonna do great I just know it, you've always had good scoring, your skills are always on point and you were the best assassin in New Zealand!" Jihyo said through the phone. "I get that but what if I'm not good enough?" Jennie said panicking. "Oh, cmon! You're Jennie ruby jane, Kim! When have you ever failed." Jihyo said tilting her head smiling. "Of course, you would say that, you always say that," Jennie pouted. "It's getting late Kim, you need to head to bed," Jihyo said looking away from the screen at something else. Jennie sighs. "You too Jihyo, goodnight." Jihyo chuckled. "I'll sleep later, your sister's new drama is so good!" Jennie looked at her with a 'really?' look before hanging up the phone.

Her eyes widen, then jolted up from her bed. It's time. Jennie thought to herself. She sprinted her way into the bathroom to do her morning routine and flew downstairs to greet her family at the dinning table.

"So are you ready for your first day?" Jisoo asked the happy yet nervous looking girl. "Yes and no," Jennie pouted. "Its a lot of pressure alright? I'm a new assassin that asked for a high paying, I dont know how much they trust me, or if they even do at all," Jennie frowns. "Dont worry about it Jennie, as long as you perform well they'll love you," Jennie's mum smiled. Jennie instantly feels better after hearing her mother's words. And after breakfast, Jennie zooms her way to her new office.

Jennie swipes her card she got from Namjoon and parked her car at the parking lot. Exiting her car, she looked for the lift entrance and headed in. Level 6. As the lift went up, she took a deep breath and channeled her inner professional-Jennie. As the lift to the doors open she was greeted by Mr Saetan behind the counter.

"Hi I'm Miss Kim, I'm the new assassin," Jennie flashed her gummy smile. "Oh head right in our main protagonist, the meeting is about to begin," I smiled. Jennie smiles back and walks in to the office and looked for the meeting room. As she was looking around, she got double takes, glances and stares. Everyone was stunned by her presence. Whether it's her stunning beauty or the fact that the best assassin from New Zealand just walked in, people were amazed. Opening the door to the meeting room, Jennie was right on time. "Welcome! Miss Kim" Namjoon said standing infront of the large white board. "Good morning everyone," Jennie bowed and perked a smile at everyone. Her new co-workers all bowed back and smiled. "Take a seat Miss Kim," Namjoon smiled showing his dimples. Jennie walked to an open seat and sat down in between Taehyung and Nayeon. They both immediately looked to Jennie and introduced themselves. "Miss Kim! I'm Nayeon, lovely to meet you!" Nayeon said showing a wide smile at Jennie. "Maam, I'm Taehyung and it's even lovelier to meet you!" He glared at Nayeon then immediately smiled at Jennie. "Jennie chuckled and smiled to them. "Its nice to meet the both of you too, but please I'd like everyone to just call me Jennie,"

Taehyung and Nayeon smiled. "Jennie, is it true that you're the best assassin that New Zealand has to offer?!" Taehyung asked. "Yah! Stop pressuring her to answer your stupid questions, of course she is!" Nayeon pointed at Taehyung. Everyone at the tabled laughed at their antics. "The meeting is about to start be he isnt here yet, typical Liam," Namjoon sighed. "Good morning everyone, the assassin gods must be looking down on us because today we have a new team member that I'm sure you all are aware by now, since she just walked in and sat down, and who we can give a round of applause to, Miss Jennie Kim!" Everyone claps as Jennie stood up and bows. "Man is suddenly religous now," Jungkook said as everyone sat back down.

"If you didnt know, Jennie is a five-star assassin from New Zealand. The five star rank, as we all know takes skill and hard work to achieve."

"Jennie is now one of our highest ranking assassins here in the Park Labels."

"Like our other five-star as-" Namjoon was interrupted by the door swinging open revealing a panting Liam.

"Speaking of five-stars, here's Liam." Namjoon gestured.

"Liam, you are late once again and your partner is here." Namjoom pointed to Jennie and smiled.

As Liam and Jennie both realise that their partners are here they look up and locked eyes.

"WHAT?!"

The whole room widen their eyes and stared in silence as they both yelled.

"That's my partner?!?!" Liam pointed at Jennie and yelled.

Despite the disrespect Jennie felt she kept silent. "I'm so sorry that was very unprofessional of me," Jennie bowed and apologized. "Yes Liam what's wrong?" Namjoon asked raising an eyebrow. "You're meaning to tell me that bitch is my partner?!" Liam pointed at her and said. "Liam!" Namjoon yelled.

"I dont know what you're going on about but that's your partner and this is a workspace and you will act upon it!" Namjoon scolded Liam. "Now go sit down," Namjoon added. "She even took my spot!" Liam whined. "Theres a sit across her Liam, go sit down and stop being a child,"

"Tch," Liam said as he said down and locked eye contact with his new partner. "Jennie, would you like to explain the situation with your partner please?" Namjoon asked. "Yes sir, we've met and got off the wrong foot," Jennie said trying her best to not crush Liam's head. "She started it," Liam said glaring right at Jennie. Namjoon sighed. "Oh boy,"

"Apologies Jennie, please forgive him for his actions and move on with this," Namjoon said. "Yes sir," Jennie replied. "Again, just Namjoon." The temporarily religious man said. "Yes Namjoon," Jennie chuckled.

"Now we can finally start," Mina said.

"Indeed Mina. First off, I hope our new five-star assassin pairs work together well and make the label proud,"

"Second, as you all may have noticed I dont have any files for you all today. That is because we will be changing our way to distributing information on your missions."

"Your missions will be sent to you through your phones, that way we have a bunch of resources and time, every meeting I'll send it to you guys and as usual update everyone on the situations. Clear?" Namjoon placed his hands on the table looking at everyone.

"Clear."

"Good, if there isnt any questions left everyone can head on with your mission." Namjoom waited for a response. "Yes Liam?" Namjoon looked at the raised up hand Liam. "Can I switch partners?" Liam asked.

"Meeting over," Namjoon said ignoring Liam's question.
