Chapter 16 ~trigger warning~

Delilah's P.O.V

After forcing him to sleep and drink litres of water, Tino and I managed to nurse Austin back to good health before Of Mice & Men's set. Everyone was so relieved that they wouldn't have to find a replacement for him, even Alan had a joyous grin on his face. Austin was in good spirits the whole morning, and when it was time for their set to be played, I was in luck.

Only a few minutes before they went on stage, I gathered the courage to ask Austin if I could spend some time by myself. Surprisingly, he said yes.

"Really?" I questioned, not sure if he was being serious. He was pretty strict when it came to my safety, he thought Warped Tour was a horrible place for teenage girls.

"Yeah, you haven't tried anything yet, so it's not like you will today. Just call me in an hour!" He called out to me as I pretty much sprinted away. It was amazing to finally get some time to myself. It's not like I didn't want to watch his band play, I'd just seen it over and over again, and wanted a change.

I stopped at a few of the other stages that were being used, and watched Pierce The Veil, Tonight Alive, and Emily's Army play their sets. I didn't know Tonight Alive or Emily's Army very well, but they were both really talented, and I wanted to hear more of their music. Pierce The Veil were all very talented as well, I'd never really listened to them even after we became friends. I think Vic saw me from where he was on stage, because as I walked past he did this half-smile thing and waved a bit. I waved back quickly, and I noticed a few people at the back of the crowd turn around and scowl at me. I didn't pay much attention to them and walked past them quickly.

After walking around for a few more minutes, I saw a few tents and thought there must be a signing or something because there was a huge line of people. I walked around the corner to see that it was an All Time Low signing. I stood and watched for a few minutes. I noticed the different types of reactions people got when they talked to Alex, Jack, Zack, and Rian. Some people cried, happy tears of course, but it was beautiful. The guys always wiped away their tears and told them everything was "a-ok". Then there were the people that wouldn't stop grinning. They were obviously the happiest people in the world, but they seemed very shy. And of course, there were the horny teenage girls who all wanted to get all up in Alex's face. It was really fun observing them all, but after a while, Alex noticed me and waved me over.

I walked over to the table, and a few girls started getting pissed and thought I was pushing in front of them. Jack settled them down and brought a chair up next to him, and told me to sit. All of the girls eyed me suspiciously, but I awkwardly looked away from them and played with the cast on my arm. Jack noticed the ones that were looking at me and explained my situation to them. He didn't go into detail, he only said it so that they would stop looking at me the way they were. When I looked up at them I saw that they didn't seem to change their minds about me.

"I'm just gonna go for a walk, ok. I'll see you later." I quickly said to Jack and Alex, who were on either side of me, and they nodded and let me go. I didn't really know where I was going, I just wanted to get away from all of the fangirls. They all looked so jealous, and it was bugging me. I looked for a place that I could sit down and think by myself, but after walking a few minutes more, I saw the girls from the All Time Low signing. They didn't look very happy, and it was obvious that they saw me because they came rushing towards me. I didn't know what to do, so I ignored them and walked towards the stage Of Mice & Men were playing on, but they obviously didn't want to let it go because they followed me until they could grab my arm and stop me from going anywhere. There weren't many people around us, except for the five girls surrounding me.

"Okay, what do you want?" I finally said. They all snickered and looked disgusted in me. Well what the fuck did I do?

"We want you to stop sleeping around with our boys." One of them said. Of of course. I missed this type of girl when I was observing the group. These girls were the legendary "groupies". The ones who legitimately tried to sleep with the band. It was obvious really, they wore more makeup than they did clothes and their hair was so bleached it looked like it was about to fall out. Well, I had to give these whores a pierce of my mind.
