I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock ringing in my ear . Usually I hate waking up early in morning but today is the day that me and my mom are moving to my stepfather 's  house so I have to put on my happy face.

I get out of bed , took a shower and got dressed for the day when I hear my mom calling me down stairs " Honey come down stairs come and eat your breakfast ."
"Ok mom , I'll be down in 5 min" I yelled back at her

I grab my phone and went down stairs. I see my mom waiting for me downstairs with a plate of pancakes with a smiley face on them . I smiled at my moms sweet gesture trying to cheer me up about moving away .

"Thank you mom " I said taking the pancakes from her . " My pleasure honey " she says while kissing me on my forehead . I finished eating my pancakes when I hear my step father car stopping  outside our house . He comes in and helps put our luggage in his car. When we finished loading our luggage , all of us get into his car and he starts driving away from my childhood home  filled with 'mostly' happy memories

I've stayed quiet  during the 4 hour ride to our new  house and listened to little mix new album while trying tune out my mom and James ( my stepdad).
"How's Chloe doing ? " I asked James when I finished listening to the album. " She fine probably pretending to be sleep but is watching Totally spies under blankets right now " james answered.  Both my mom and I chuckle at james ś answer .

I love my new little step sister Chloe . She honestly so cute with her long black curls that she always  wears in pigtails , her big amber colour eyes and her freckles she has on her nose . I can't wait to see her , she is the sweetest little girl on earth but  I wish I could say the same about my new stepbrother.

"What about Adam " my mom ask . "He's has alot of  business to take care of today but he will be home in time for dinner " James says while staying focus on the road . " Great " I said with a sarcastic tone and a fake smile on my face. My mom gives me a warning look but I just ignore it

I look at the time on my phone and realised there is still 2 and half hours of left of driving so I put my earphones in my ear and drifted of to sleep.....
