In the CIA's highly confidential do,the part of dealing with China was written in the stalemate 1951 initially .What is the way to subvert China of the CIA .and is changed over time.
Since the early 1950s, the CIA has been drafting a set of action plans internally code-named <<The Ten Commandments>>in an attempt to shake the young values of the traditional Chinese generation from ideology and culture, politics and economy, ethnic and religious conflicts, media tools and weapons, and so on.To achieve the goal of subverting the Chinese regime in this way .The United States was the largest capitalist country in the world and China was the second largest socialist country 65 years ago. Later, after 30 years, the United States is still the largest capitalist country in the world, while China has become the largest socialist country, especially after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990, China has become the biggest ideological opponent of the Americans. As an opponent, it is only natural for the Americans to formulate such a policy.
This was the method used by the U.S. to subvert the "former Soviet Union", and it was far more effective than military subversion!
We thought the Cold War Era was over and everyone was moving into the New Age since China's reform and opening up. However the CIA's Cold War policy didn't changed in fact, which has continued for more than 40 years. After the overthrow of the Soviet Union, there is no doubt that the biggest "enemy country" is China, followed by Cuba, North Korea, Vietnam, etc. The "Voice of America" radio station broadcast until about 2007, only to shift funding to the network. We know that the network without borders, without laws, even the spread of pornography, violence culture, no country can regulate .Moreover mention the infiltration of Western culture and values imported, so hidden and difficult to detect?
The so-called <<The Ten Commandments>> broke on <<Wide Angle>>by the July 2001 initially,which is the Hong Kong monthly magazine.Then
The so-called Ten Commandments of the CIA were first exposed by the July 2001 issue of the Hong Kong monthly magazine Wide Angle Mirror and published by Xinhua News Agency's Reference News on page 15, July 24, 2001.
In the course of their research on <<The Ten Commandments>>, scholars from various countries discovered that its contents were strikingly similar to <<The KGB X-Files>>, <<The Minutes of the Presbyterian Church of Zion>>,<< Samuel Huntington's Guidelines for Democrats>> and<< The World Revolutionary Action Plan>>.There are striking similarities with historical documents.
For example , In <<The Ten Commandments>> article 5 "Fabricate or spread false information to vilify their leadership. Our correspondent makes opportunities to interview them ,then organize them attack themselves in Chinese way.".Which is
Another example is Article 4 of <<The Ten Commandments>> , which states that "they create something of no consequence for their people to discuss openly from time to time, . In this way, the seeds of division were planted in their subconscious. This is a strategy that cannot be ignored at all." The World Revolutionary Action Plan states that the general public does not know how to enjoy freedom. The "World Revolutionary Action Plan" states that the general public does not know how to enjoy freedom. The idea of "freedom" could be used to trigger a "class struggle".
A senior KGB intelligence officer, General V. Shlonen, wrote in his book, "The KGB: A World Revolutionary Action Plan. In the KGB X-Files, General V. Shlonen cites his handling of information that the founder and first leader of the CIA, Allen Dulles, had told his officers. Dulles once taught his own officers that.
"Having created chaos there (in the Soviet Union), we unwittingly stole their values and forced them to believe them. How do we do that? We find our own like-minded people ...... We find allies and assistants in Russia. Will direct plot after plot the demise of the world's most untamed people, whose self-awareness is finally and irreversibly extinguished, the most majestic tragedy by its magnitude ......"
"We will support and mobilize by all means the so-called artists who will cultivate the cult of pornography, violence, sadism, treason, in short, of any immorality. In the governance of the country we will create chaos "
"We will unknowingly, but actively, promote the nonsense of officials, bribe-takers, and unprincipledness, bureaucracy, and procrastination by following the rules will be treed as good deeds ......"
"Honesty and decency will be ridiculed and turned into remnants of the past. Insolence, meanness and nastiness, lies and deceit, murder and drug addiction, mutual animal-like fear and shamelessness, treachery, nationalism and hostility of peoples, first of all against the Russian nation - all this we will subtly and unknowingly cultivate, all this will bloom with a double petal ...... "(V? Shlonen: The KGB X-Files, Xinhua Publishing House, 1st edition, August 2003, p. 62).
As can be seen, these paragraphs are a few excerpts from an admonition to Dulles. KGB spies lurking within the CIA obtained this information and sent it back to the KGB. These contents largely match the contents of the CIA's Ten Commandments that were later revealed.
A comparison of some of the above documents shows that<< The Ten Commandments>>, as a form of subversive manipulation of consciousness and infiltration of ideas by sovereign states, is not a fabrication, but a consistent and long-standing strategy of transnational financial tyrant family forces and their agents. A glance at the modern history of the world today shows that this established strategy has been highly successful.
Some countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and West Asia and North Africa have seen varying degrees of domestic political instability and even violent regime change. These so-called "revolutions" are uniformly called the so-called "color revolutions," and their greatest common denominator is the intervention and operation of the "black hand" of the United States. During the Cold War, the United States began to intervene in the internal affairs of other countries and foster pro-American forces to counterbalance the Soviet Union and the socialist camp. The most typical example is the direct intervention of the CIA in the political situation of Chile in 1973, overthrowing the Allende government, which was actively cooperating with the socialist camp, and installing a pro-U.S. military government in power. Such a blatantly subversive action also highlights the U.S. interference in other countries on the grounds of so-called "democracy" and "human rights", with the sole purpose of safeguarding the interests of the U.S. itself and even of certain special groups within the U.S.
Ideological issues are extremely important for a sovereign state. In today's world, the three strategies of ideological political propaganda, financial warfare and military attacks are closely coordinated and work in concert, and have become the key variables affecting the national sovereignty of other countries and even the map of the world.
The crisis and challenges faced by non-Western countries in these three areas are extremely serious. The combination of consciousness manipulation and academic research is more insidious, and although it is not as dramatic as financial and military hot wars, its function can also disrupt people's states and destroy countries invisibly. Western capital forces use their manipulated academic norms, international exchanges, awards and funding systems to actively export and covertly infiltrate values such as "universal values" to sovereign countries in various forms, thus achieving the strategic goal of subversion and destruction in political, economic, cultural and social fields. It is worthwhile for everyone who cares about the future destiny of the country and the nation to seriously consider how to recognize the essence of this established strategy of the Western hostile forces in the ideological field, keep a clear head and actively respond to it in practice.
