A FEW WEEKS LATER

Brian is driving through the streets of Rio as Mia looks over at him lovingly before touching his head affectionately, causing him to smile at her. Oaklynn frowns as she lays down because she can't help but to be jealous of her sister. A little while later, Brian pulls up to the address they were given. Oaklynn sees two kids sitting on the trunk of the car in front of them as she wakes up. Brian, Mia, and Oaklynn share a look before getting out of the car.
"It's got to be it, right?" Oaklynn asks as she looks around. Brian holds Mia's hand as they walk up the stairs with Oaklynn trailing behind them before they are surround by men with guns.
"Let's get out of here," Brian says as he looks at all of the guns.
"Whoa, whoa!" A voice calls, causing Oaklynn to quickly turn towards it. "Easy friends. The girls are with me," Vince says in Portuguese. Oaklynn smiles as she sees Vince, having not seen him in over five years. "Oakly!"
"Vince," Oaklynn says with a smile as he pulls her into a hug.
"Mia," Vince says as he hugs Mia as well before looking over at Brian. "Buster." Oaklynn smiles while shaking her head, seeing as Vince hadn't changed much. "Come on."
"Dom here yet?" Brian asks as they continue up the stairs.
"No," Vince answers him as he shakes his head.
"When was the last time you heard from him?" Mia asks as she glances at Oaklynn worriedly.
"A couple of weeks ago. Up in Ecuador somewhere," Vince answers her, causing Mia to turn her worried gaze on Brian, who Vince glances at. "How does it feel?"
"What's that?" Brian asks him with a raised eyebrow.
"To be on the other side of a wanted poster?" Vince asks as he looks him with a slight smirk.
"He'll show up," Brian assures Mia as she looks at him before Vince leads them inside his home
"Hey," Vince says with a smile as he sees Rosa and Nico.
"Aww," Mia says as she sees Nico before glancing at Brian with a smile while Vince gives Rosa a kiss on the cheek.
"This is my wife, Rosa," Vince introduces as Mia gives her a side hug while smiling at Nico. "And our son, Nico."
"He's adorable," Oaklynn says as she waves at the baby.
"Come on, lets get you two something good to eat," Vince says before leading them over to a table. Brian, Mia, and Oaklynn quickly eat their food since it had been a while since they had a proper meal. Rosa looks at Vince worriedly, seeing their conditions. After they are done eating, Mia holds Nico as Oaklynn helps Rosa do the dishes.
"Time for bed little one," Rosa says in Portuguese after looking at the clock.
"Can I bring him?" Mia asks her as she smiles down at Nico.
"Of course," Rosa says as she begins to lead them to Nico's room before they stop in the doorway so Nico can see Vince.
"Goodnight," Vince calls to Nico as Mia smiles at Brian, who lightly smiles back. Mia lays Nico down in his bed before he waves his hand at her causing Rosa, Oaklynn, and Mia to smile. Mia starts to feel as if she is going to vomit.
"Excuse me, sorry," Mia says before she quickly leaves the room, causing Oaklynn to follow her.

"Why Rio, Vince?" Brian asks as he and Vince drink beer.
"You mean after you screwed everything up in LA?" Vince asks him back before letting out a sigh. "Ended up free-falling through South America, you know, hitting every hellhole on the way down. Would have kept going if not for meeting Rosa." Vince takes a drink of his beer. "Not long after that, Leon showed up."
"Is he still here?" Brian asks as he glances towards the hallway for any sign of Oaklynn.
"Yeah, he went to meet up with Dom," Vince says with a nod before he lets out a small chuckle. "And he's still very much in love with Oakly."

"Does he know?" Oaklynn asks as she figures out that her sister is pregnant. Mia shakes her head no before Oaklynn pulls her into a hug. "I won't force you but you need to tell him." Mia nods with a sigh. "Come on." Oaklynn and Mia walk over to Vince and Brian with the girls sitting on either side of Brian.
"So, listen," Vince says as he looks at Brian, Mia, and Oaklynn. "There is a job coming up. I was hoping Dom was going to be here by now but this one is clean enough we can do it without him. It's a good gig. Couple of high-end cars, easy targets. Guy I know is putting together a team to swipe them. Just need a few more willing bodies."
"I don't know," Brian says as he looks at Mia, who frowns.
"Look, the way the car scene is down here we can unload them quick and get top dollar. It's easy money," Vince says before he looks between them. "And from where I'm sitting, it looks like you all could use the payday." Oaklynn looks over at Brian with a shrug, to let him know that she didn't care. Mia looks at Brian to make the final decision, before he nods.
