This quirk allows the user to secrete a form of laughing gas from their lungs, sending whoever it affects into a state of hysteria. This could be a dangerous ability if not used correctly but could also make for a strong power. It's up to you whether they can turn off this quirk or not.

- Drawbacks - This can cause a lack of air in the users lungs and give them lung cramps (idk what they're actually called but that sharp pain you can feel in your lungs.) Worst case scenario, the user has asthma or their lungs break
Best suited for - Social heroes
(Btw that drawback is legit just a copy and paste of the bubble breath one but it fits both)

Miss/Mr Hysteria
Literally any name to do with laughter
Or just steal Ms.Joke's name, idrc
