"Would you like me to carry you Lady L/N?" You rolled your eyes and puffed out a no for the seventh time. Several bystanders were trailing Thor, asking random questions. You were walking ahead, attempting to avoid the sluts hanging off Thor, who were feeling up his muscles. Fighting off being sick you were. "Lady Y/N?" You slowed down to be beside Thor. "What Thor?" "May I walk with you?" "Of course." You walked along together in complete silence, until he burst. "Would you like to go on a date with me Lady Y/N?" All the girls around him sighed at the fact he was practically taken. "Sorry Thor, I can't." His face fell and he looked like a kicked puppy. (Again.) "Why not?" "No dating colleagues Thor, you know that." "It can be our little secret." Cameras flashed around us and you knew if you said yes, the press would catch wind of it and then Fury. He'd fire you for sure. You had to crush Thor, or you could both be fired. "No Thor, I don't like or love you, and there's no chance of us ever being together, now DROP IT." You stormed ahead, fighting back the urge to cry. An hour later the hike was over and you caught a SHIELD jet back to Stark Tower. Thor was already there, nibbling on a pop tart while Bruce consoled him. He looked up as you entered and your heart shattered at the expression on his face. "Thor-" He got Mjolnir and flew out of the building, smashing a glass window on the way. "Sorry Bruce..." He just shook his head, walking away to his room.

~ Next Morning ~

"Lady Y/N?" You'd fallen asleep against the wall in your room where you had just slumped against the wall and simply cried. "Yes Thor?" "Did you really mean all that stuff you said yesterday?" You shook your head rapidly and stood, running to hug him. "Of course I didn't, I love you stupid." He grinned and replied with, "I'm not even gonna ask why you said it, but know that I love you too Y/N."
