Part 1

Lizzie's POV
Me and my wife Scarlett were sitting in our living room watching a movie when there was a knock on the front door so I look at her confused on to who is there as it's 10pm . She just shrugs so I get up and answer the door seeing a maybe 14-15 year old holding a little girl that looked very young. I noticed she kept looking behind her and seen a man charging towards us so I quickly let her in and locked the door. Now that we were in light I studied her face noticing tears streaming down her face and her breathing is really uneven and the baby that is really cute is sleeping pecfually in her arms.
Lizzie: Hey are you ok
???: Can you take her please
I take the baby out of her arms as soon as she is in my arms the distressed teen sinks down to the ground sobbing and breathing really heavily. I shout of Scar but quite quietly as I don't want to wake up the little cutey in my arms. Scar walks into the hallway very confused to why I said it so quietly but got even more confused onto why there is a sobbing teen on our floor and a sleeping child in my arms.
Scar: Hey Liz I love you but what is going on
You: Scar just help her
Scar nods and crouches in front of her.
Scar: Hi sweetie can you tell me your name
The girl looks up at Scarlett and then looks around alarmed for the baby but sighs in relief when she notices her in my arms
??: Fay
Scar: that's a lovely name can you tell me what her name is
Fay: that's Elodie
You: that's a really nice name but how old is she
Fay: 2 month old
Me and Scar look at each other shocked.
Scar: how about we go sit in the living room instead of the dirty floor
Fay nods so Scarlett stands up and puts her hand out to Fay and she takes it but also grabbing her backpack she follows me and Scar into the living room and we all take a seat and she awkwardly stares at me and I know she wants Elodie back. I walk over to her and pass her the sleeping baby back to her and she puts her on the sofa but in the corner so she can't fall off and goes in her bag getting a pacifier/dummy and slipping it slowly into the baby's mouth and putting a blanket over her that she had also pulled out . Once she had finished with Elodie she turns back to us and me and Scar look at each other knowing one of us will have to start talking.
Scar: Fay is Elodie your child
Fay: Umm ye she is
Scar: so how old are you
Fay: I'm 15 I turn 16 on June 25 (my birthday)
You: cool would you like us to take you home
I see tears start to form in Fay 's eyes and I knew I had messed up I was about to tell her she didn't have to but she started talking.
Fay: My parents died in a car crash when I was 8 and I got put in a foster home and I left 11 month ago and I stayed at friends houses while pregnant with El and I have been going from friends houses for the past month.
Me and Scar looked at each other in shock for like the 100th time in 1hours
Scar: Would you like to stay here tonight
Fay: umm no thank you I don't want to overstep and also you guys would wake up a like every two hours
You: No its okay we will show you the guest room and we have a cot/crib thing in there as well from when we were babysitting scarlets niece.
Fay: ok fine ill stay
You: ok follow me Scarlett will grab your bag and get some clothes of hers as your only a tiny bit smaller then her
Scar: ok I'll grab some clothes for you
Fay: thank you I appreciate it so much
Fay grabs Elodie wrapping her in her blanket trying not to wake her up and follows me as I was already walking to the stairs. We get up the stairs and walk down the long hallway to the guest room we have which has the crib/cot in it. When we get there I let Fay in first so she can see it
Fay: wow it's so cool
You: there a crib/cot in the corner there for Elodie
She walks over and puts her in and sorts her out while she was doing that scar walks in next to me watching Fay with Elodie and I know how she is watching her that she feels a motherly instinct to Fay . After Fay is done she turns around to look at me but jumps when she see's Scarlett next to me.
Scar: Here's some clothes for you to wear tonight and your bag well leave to give you some space to get ready and we will come say night to you.
Fay: ok
Me and Scarlett walk out after scar gives her, her stuff and shut the door walking to our bedroom which is next door to where Fay is staying. We get it our pj then talk for a little before going back to where Fay is and knocking litely on the door as Elodie is sleeping. We hear a come in and walk in seeing Fay rocking Elodie back to sleep as she must of woke up she then walks over to the bed sitting on it leaning on the headboard of the bed.
You: we just wanted to say good night
Fay: oh ok good night thank you for letting me stay we will be out in the morning i promise
Scar: it's okay you can stay till you want to leave we don't care and also you can come get us if you need us. We will help with Elodie if you need us to.
Fay: you guys really don't need to I can look after her
You: your her mom you need a break
Fay: thank you both I appreciate it
Scar: ok go to sleep it's 11pm you must be tired and pls come get us if you want to sleep.
You: Good night
Fay: Good night guys
Me and scar walk out shutting the door after our selves and going into our room shutting the door and turning the light off and getting in bed cuddling up falling asleep quite quickly as it has been a very long day for both of us.

Ok first chapter done I had no clue how to end it chapter 2 will be a time skip tho
