"now that i think about it , hes never been in a relationship" sunoo brought up
the guys except for jay nodded and looked at him hoping for an answer . jay sighed and took out his phone while scrolling on it
"i dont have plans for love , theres just no time . im already busy with work" jay said
"sometimes you need to forget about work jay , itll be so upsetting to see you die single" heeseung added
the boys reassured jay on getting a partner and he said that he'll try to get one . he only said that because he wanted his friends to stop talking to him all at once , so he wasnt sure if he would want to try to get a partner .
"let destiny do its job ." jay whispered to himself
after a long day , jay came home and saw his parents eating dinner
"youre home , do you want to eat with us ?" jay's father asked
"no its okay , i already ate with the boys . i'll just go shower then get to bed" jay replied
his parents nodded and jay went to the bathroom to shower . while showering , jay suddenly thought about the day he had with his friends . he remembered sunoo tripped over a rock and ni-ki managed to catch him . jay knowing that ni-ki has had a crush on sunoo for years , just smiled at the scene while everyone else just found it a normal scene where one friend catches the other friend when they fall . jay chuckled when he thought about it . then there was this one moment where jake wanted to pay for everyone's dinner but he had left his credit card at home , sunghoon offered to help pay for everyone on behalf of jake and the boys just found it absolutely cute that sunghoon did that because sunghoon is the shy type of guy around other people in general but when hes around jake , hes a totally different person . jay also chuckled thinking about it .
jay was finally done with his shower and he proceeded to go to his room to wear his clothes . after he was done , he threw himself onto the bed and sighed . today he was tired , just like how he felt everyday after work . but this time , he actually had fun .
