Jisung woke up at 6:30 am like usual. He swung his feet over the side of his bed. He stood up and walked over to his bathroom. He walked in to take a quick shower before school. The cold water ran down his back while he washed his hair with shampoo and scrubbed his body with the soap.

He stepped out of the shower with a towel wrapped around his waist. He dried his hair with his hairdryer. After Jisung finished with his hair, he brushed his teeth. He then walked over to his closet.

"Hmm, let's see,"

He pulled out a pair of ripped black jeans and a black T-shirt. He also pulled out a red hoodie. He put them on and walked over to his desk to get his backpack He then put on his silver chain necklace and glanced at the clock.

"7:00, I've got time," he said as he walked out of his room and down the stairs. He walked into the kitchen to see a plate of toast and eggs with a note.

'I'm sorry Jisung. I had to go to work early. Have some breakfast.'

He put the note aside and sat down to eat He ate his eggs and toast while thinking about his current girlfriend, Chaeyoung. I'm going to dump her today. He thought. Chaeyoung had dated him for only a week, but she was already annoying him. And besides, he already got what he wanted from her. He smirked to himself.

He finished the rest of his breakfast and slung his bag over his shoulder and headed out the front door.

He walked down the street to his school. He was going to ride his motorcycle but decided that an early morning walk was much better.

He continued walking; the only sounds audible to him were his shoes hitting the cement with every step, his soft breathing, and a car passing by every now and then.

His school was ten minutes by foot from his house. He walked for five minutes before arriving at a small gate. He stopped and opened it. There was a small concrete pathway leading to a house. He walked up to the front door and knocked.

A middle-aged woman answered the door and recognized the boy before her.

"Ah, Jisung, come in. He's almost ready." She spoke.

The woman stepped aside and let the boy in. Jisung bowed and stepped in, immediately going for the couch in the living room. He pulled out his phone and played a game.

After a few minutes, a boy with blonde hair appeared.

"Hey, Jisung," he said.

"Hey, Felix," Jisung replies. "Felix, can you hurry up, please. We're going to be late 'cause of you." He added.

Felix nodded and headed to the kitchen to grab something to eat. He got a bagel and an orange juice bottle.

He then walked to the living room to Jisung. Jisung looked the boy up and down to see what he was wearing.

Felix was wearing white jeans and a baby blue sweater.

"Don't you look bubbly," Jisung said.

"Well, I like it, so your opinion doesn't matter," Felix stated matter-of-factly while flipping his imaginary hair.

"I'm joking, Lix. You look great." He complimented his best friend.

"Thanks, now let's go," Felix said.

The two made their way over to the door as they slung their bags over their shoulders.

"Bye, mom!" Felix shouted as he closed the door.

The two walked along the concrete path to the front gate that they closed on their way towards the school.

It was silent until Felix spoke up.

"Did you hear about the new student?" He asked.
