Rook was 27 he dropped out of his last year of highschool to drum for a now famous rapper machinegunkelly. The band consisted of three guys then there was kels the rapper the crew was very close they all lived together they were all single. Rook was just a guy trying to run from his past a past not even his band mates he considered family knew about.

Juliana was 25 she worked at a local club in Dallas trying to pay her rent for her two bedroom apartment trying to make a living just to survive. She didn't finish highschool she dropped out when she was 16 she was pregnant her parents kicked her out she ended up giving birth to her son Elijah the dad is present he takes Elijah every other week. He pays child support Juliana is trying to save up for more.

"You okay?" Kels asked his drummer "yeah just tired" "look we will go back to the tour bus after the club alright?" Rook just gave his taller friend a nod. They were currently on tour for the hotel Diablo tour right now they are in Dallas. Sleeping on the tour bus was fun but rook really missed his bed back home in California.

The four guys walked into the big club going up to the vip area A women walked up asking what they would like "yeah 8 drinks would be good" slim told the waitress "okay our other waitress will be up here soon"

Juliana made her way up to the vip are with the drinks the bodyguard moving out of her way once he saw the drinks. She placed the drinks on the table in front of the four guys. "Anything else I can get y'all?" The taller white guy shook his head "no thank you" "well if you need anything else just let me know" the black guy sitting next to him spoke up finding this girl interesting "what's your name" she looked up from her shoes realizing the four guys were looking at her "Juliana but everyone calls me juli".

The white male nodded towards a empty seat next to the shorter guy with brown short hair with tattoos on his neck "sit down with us" she shook her head not wanting to get fired "I can't sorry" "well when do you get off "in an hour" they all nodded the tall guy took his phone out "put your number in" she put her number in going back to her job.

Rook scoffed watching his taller friend get that girls number kels rolled his eyes at rook "relax man I don't want her I think she would be perfect for you" earning a scoff from his younger friend "she's not my type" the guys broke out into a fit of laughter slim sighed "that girl is your type she looks around your age"

It was 4am juli was just getting off she felt her phone vibrate in her back pocket she saw a no caller id she picked up her phone "hello?" "Ayy juli" she recognized the voice from that taller guy "oh hey" "we kinda have a problem" "what's wrong?" "Come outside"

Juli walked outside the club seeing a tour bus and the four guys from before leaning against it. She realized who they were she walked over standing in front of them "why are four famous dudes standing out here?" The black guy laughed "finally figured out who we are" she nodded "why are y'all standing out here in the middle of the night?" the tall white guy kicked the bus in frustration "our bus broke down it's hot in there we were wondering if we could crash with you just until our bus gets fixed"

She shook her head knowing Elijah was at home asleep "y'all have no one else?" They all shook their heads except for the short guy who was lost in his thoughts. "We forgot to introduce ourselves I'm kels this is slim baze and the quiet one over there is rook" "so stage names?" Kels nodded.

She sighed feeling bad for them staying out here "look y'all can stay for a few days but I live in a two bedroom apartment y'all will have to share the couch or the floor"

She opened her door to apartment with the four guys trailing behind "go make yourselves comfortable I'm going to grab blankets and pillows for y'all" she walked into her son's bedroom seeing him rubbing his eyes "mom what's going on?" She shook her head sitting on his bed "we have a few visitors but it's okay I will explain more when you wake up go back to sleep okay?" He nodded she kissed his forehead watching him lay back down as she pulled the covers up to his neck making sure he was comfortable.
