Jax's POV

"all you have to do, is trip daniel. then I'll 'help him up' and give him the seal. simple," mia says.

"what happens when you give the seal to him?" I reply.

I'm at Mia's house, in her basement. we're planning how to get Emma's powers, with a diagram and everything.

"he'll turn rude. we can either a) have him work with us and play nice to help with Emma's powers or b) have daniel act like a dick, then he dumps her. we swoop in and help her get through her break up. easy."

"the first option is reasonable, plus if we're just going to take her powers I want nothing to do with her."

Mia stands up and walks up to her bulletin board. she points to pictures of Emma fucking up spells. "she's a horrible witch."

"I am aware of that."

"so there isn't anything to worry about. she won't be able to stop us form taking her powers because she's so weak. that's it," mia smiles.

"how soon can we get daniel under the seal?" I glance from the collage on her wall to mia.

"as soon as you want me to."

"tomorrow morning will be good, then we can get him in the plan."

"correct," she smirks.

"I'll see you later. thank you for this, mia," I pick up my backpack and climb up the stairs to the door.

"my pleasure."

"where have you been?" I ask jax as he walks through my front door. it's 6:34 PM, and we get off school at 3:30.

he's been out for 3 hours.

"just with a friend," he mumbles, checking his phone.

"which one?"

"diego."

"fine."

"why are you so mad today?" jax looks at me.

"you never spend any time with me..."
