Sundrop and moondrop x reader

Part one!- A new beginning!

It's my first day at work. I breathe heavily and slowly enter the pizzeria. As I enter my pupils dilate as I get a huge dash of nostalgia, I feel like a kid who just got told that they could go to the new pizzeria that just opened up. I smile and feel like tearing up.

I grab a map at the entrance and head to the daycare. The lights are dimmed due to it being 30 minutes before opening time. The map tells me to go down a slide?

My face goes from a confused look to a smile as I see a big slide heading to a ball pit. I happily slide down.

It's eerily quiet and I move slowly and surely checking my surroundings as I bump in to something "Hello! new friend! You're sure up early! Are we having a party?" The animatronic picked me up quickly "Where are all your friends? We can finger paint, tell stories drink fizzy fat till our heads ex-PLODE and have fun alll day!! "W-who are you?? I blurt out. "I'm Sundrop! You can call me sunny! "Um can you put me down?" "Oh I'm SOSOSOSOSO sorry! Says sundrop "I'm your new assistant Y/N! I say happily, trying to match his energy

"YAY! HELLO Y/N I'M SO EXCITED!" he says surpassing my energy which makes me slightly competitive, but I ignore it (come on y/n be mature!) "Let's clean this place up before the kids arrive!" I say cheerily "OK!" We take 30 minutes to clean up the large playground before all the kids arrive.

"Hello kiddos! I'm Sundrop and here's Y/N! You can call Me Sunny! We are SOSOSO EXCITED to have you here! We will start off with arts and crafts! If you don't want to do arts and crafts you can play on the play place! If you have any questions ask me or Y/N!" Says sundrop, " Can you guys all line up for attendance really quickly?" I ask, the kids all groan "Let's play the quiet game whoever wins gets a secret prize!"

The room was silent, so silent I could hear my heart beating. "(Way to go y/n!)" sundrop whispered 

[After attendance]

"The quietest award goes to... Yasmine!" Sundrop announced enthusiastically, "You get a Sundrop candy!" Announced the animatronic!

"Ok let's go back to arts and crafts!" I announced, "  Sundrop has a huge grin plastered on his face and runs like the wind to the storage room. After tons are scuttling and rumbling Sundrop comes out with a ton of art supplies! Stickers, Glitter glue, Paper, Crayons, kid-safe scissors, pencils, pencil crayons, you name it. "Ta-da" he announces merrily. All the kids cheer as they follow Sundrop to the tables.

I stay with the kids who want to play on the play place but I notice a kid hidden in the ball pit looking like they're crying. I slowly walk up as not to startle them. I then ask "Hey kiddo, what's wrong? Are you ok?" They have a startled look on their face so I sit beside them. Sniff "My mum was angry at me because she found out that I was non binary so she left me and my little brother here and I don't think she's coming back!" Their sniffing turned into loud sobbing as I hugged them. "It's ok" I said, "if your mum doesn't come back you and I can have a sleepover here with Sundrop! I will try to call someone to help you!" The kids face brightened, "Thanks Y/N"! He chirped "My name is Brooklyn pleased to meet you!" They said.  "How old are you?" I ask intrigued "I am 14 years old" they reply.

"Do you want to look over these kids while I go help sunny? He looks like he's having trouble with the glitter glue!" "Sure"  they gleam "I L-O-V-E kids with all my heart" they dance around for a bit then go assist the kids.
