Lost

Swinging, then gone.

"Last week 2 young girls went missing: Kadie, and Riley. No one knows what happened to them. Everyone is looking for them. Kadie and Riley were swinging in their backyard when Kadie's mom noticed the swings were not moving. When she walked out the girls were gone. No one has seen them."

"Turn it off Ri." Kadie said walking out of the bathroom. "We cant hide forever. They'll find us."

"Well. You're right, but when they do. Whats our alliby?" Riley stood up, and looked out the window. "We only have 200 dollers. and for this room we'll have 175. We need to change. Soon."  Riley turned around and stared at Kadie.

"We could go to Walmart, buy clothes , and get hair dye. Dye our hair, completly different. And maybe get spray tan to tan ourselves and look different." Kadie had a weird look on her face.

"Hair? Dont you think you're mom will know it's you with the hair? We buy scissors, cut each others hair, and we leave." 

Kadie pulled her hair. "It took me 1 year to get it this long. And I AM NOT getting ride of it!" 

"Fine. We leave in the morning."

"Get up Ri!' Kadie jolted Riley awake. Riley was waving her hand back. "The cops are hear we gotta go!" Kadie got off Riley and watched Riley jump.

"Lets go!"

"Just kidding! C'mon we gotta beat the people." RIley and Kadie changed gathered their items, put them in their pocket and left. Kadie walked out the door, and stopped. 

"What?" Riley asked.

"I left my phone in their Brb!' Kadie rushed in and grabbed her phone. "Alright lets go."

When the girls walked in, they instinctively went to the clothes, and shopped. They got clothes, and spray tan, some food, hair dye, and scissors. When they left they rounded the total to about 100 dollars left. When they got to a fast food restaurant, they went into the bathroom. 

"Ready for dark brown hair?" Kadie asked taking the bottle out.

"We need a towel."

"Meh.  We'll do it without. Say goodbye to blonde hair, and hello to brown hair!" Kadie Smiled bright.

"You're hair wont be yellow anymore!" They started laughing and got to work.

In 4 hours the girls looked completely different and were ready to leave. "Ready?" Riley asked opening the door.

"Lets go." Kadie walked through the door. The girls had purple sweatshirts on, with black yoga pants. On the way out they through their old clothes in the garbage can with the hair dye, and scissors flipping their hair on the way out.
