Time To Go, Move On!

Liu's POV

Nyx drags me and Cloud onto a café and goes sit down eagerly, this feels quite odd, I don't really enjoy feeling like a third wheel, but the waiter soon comes

Waiter- "hello how are you today" it's easy to tell she's new at her job, she feels awkward, and as if she just wants to get our order and leave as fast as she can

Cloud- "we're fine, how are you?" I'm surprised by how calm Cloud can be at times, I'm also fine with starting conversations with a complete stranger, but it's odd that he made the waiter feel comfortable at talking with us

Cloud- "hey, earth to Liu"

Liu- "uhm sorry what is it?" Cloud looks at me with a weird expression

Cloud- "are you ok? You soned out for a second there, huh! Did you get a crush on that waiter?"

Liu- "what? No, I just got lost in thought about something" Cloud gave me a mischievous grin and I got scared

Cloud- "oh poor Liu got lost in thought about how beautiful our waiter is" as soon as he finished saying that Nyx punched his arm

Nyx- "stop teasing him!" Thank you so much Nyx!

Nyx- "clearly he doesn't wanna talk about his new crush" she said with a cheeky grin

Liu- "Nyx!"

Nyx and Cloud- "Jaja, don't worry we won't tell anyone about your little crush" now I understand exactly why they're dating

Waiter- "I'm back and here you go, please enjoy and if you do come back next time again"

Cloud- "we will, thank you very much" Nyx was already devouring her cake, seemed like she enjoyed it

Cloud- "by the way, since you didn't order and you didn't know what to get we ordered for you while you were lost in thought about your little crush"

Liu- "haha very funny, I'm gonna go to the bathroom really fast, brb"

Cloud- "ok, hurry up before Nyx eats your cake"

Liu- *chuckles* "I will"

Cloud's POV

I see Liu walk over to the bathroom and then...

Cloud- "watch out" I see a girl crash onto Liu and accidentally poured what seems to be hot chocolate on him

???- "omg I'm so sorry!!! Are you ok?"

Liu- "yeah I'm fine I can't start looking into the past, I need to move on to the future" those were the same words he always tells himself when he gets hurt, or that's what he told me, so in other words, he's in a huge amount of pain

???- "looking into the past is sometimes a lot better than looking forward to the future"

Liu- "huh?"

???- "It's a lot easier, and it's better to not look into the future, you'll just be disappointed over what you hope to be a beautiful future"

Liu- "wrong, when you look into the past you can't keep looking at the future, you get stuck into the problems you've made already and not focusing in the problem you may do in the future"

???- "that means that you drive yourself into finding your own insecurities, looking into the past keeps you from being too hopeful for a bright future, and looking into the past tells you exactly how bad it is to look up to the future"

Liu- "that just takes your hopes away, hopes that things may get better, hopes that your life won't always be like it was because now you're looking forward for a hopefully better future, and it brings up your self esteem"
