Serena pov:
So Dizzy and the Smee twins just passed out thanks to the sugar rush and I sighed.
Evie said she'd send Jay but well... No one yet...
I sighed and thiught back at when Mal and I went to the isle... That Gil stood there behind us.
"Harry?" a voice asked.
Depsite the fact that I was Serena, I just knew it was adressed to me, I turned.
"Gil?"
He looked at me and his jaw dropped.
"You really weren't kidding when you told Uma and me... huh?" He mumbled and Mal looked at me.
"I'll just eh... I'll see ya in a minute." she said before she left.
I looked at Gil.
"Well, did you think I was...?"
"Uma said it was a funny joke and well... I didn't realise you were being serious... I'm such a bad bestfriend... Are we even still friends?" he asked with his puppy eyes and I looked at him.
"I'm sorry pal. But you're not bestfriends with Harry Hook anymore." I said and he pouted.
"You can be bestfriends with Serena Hook." I said with a smile and he hugged me.
"I'm so sorry for laughing at you Ha- Serena."
"It's fine Gil, don't worry about it."
"Uma didn't want to talk to you anymore... And I'm sure she'll be pissed that we're still friends."
"Hey, don't worry. Secret friendships are the best."
He smiled and I looked at him.
"I should get back to Auradon... Thanks for being accepting."
"Thanks for still being my bestfriend!"
He ran off and Mal chuckled.
"I should've seen it coming that Gil would be accepting." she said as she walked back to me.
"Yea, that's a true friend..."
"Come on, let's get back to Auradon."
I nodded and we left.
"Hey..." someone said and it pulled me out of my thoughts.
"Jay, hey!" I said and he looked at the three passed out kids.
"Sugar rush?"
"Yea..."
He literally threw the Smee twins over his shoulder and I chuckled as I lifted Dizzy up.
"Let's get them back to their dorms so they can sleep their sugar rush off." Jay said and he acted distantly at me.
"Yea, sounds like a plan..." I mumbled.
Something was off and I looked at him.
"Did I say something wrong?"
"What? Why do you ask?" he asked as he looked at me.
"Because you act distantly towards me." I said and he looked away as he kept walking towards the campus.
"No idea what you're talking about." he said and I rolled my eyes.
'Fine, they say nothing!' I thought to myself.
