Trigger warning: (swearing, mentions of abuse, bullying, harassment)

The average high school Junior day. Set ten different alarms between 5:30 am to 6:00 am, get up at 6:15, motivate yourself to look decent, drive to school, drop off your siblings first, walk into your school and see the same faces you've seen since elementary school, see old bullies and shitty people, say hi to your friends, go to class, etc. The same thing everyday for five days.

The only good part about my day, seeing my friends and having lunch together. The cafeteria could only be described as over packed, and very very loud. If felt like you were at a concert sometimes with all the screaming. As I sat down with my lunch bag clearly visible on the table, the rest of my crew sat with me.

Ashton he was a tall guy, he had blonde hair and brown eyes. He was pretty chill, he likes to skate with the rest of the of my group, well except for one. Shawn was also a good friend of mine, I've known him since third grade, he is a big gamer guy but also envy's art. There was Stella, she's always reserved but is very comfortable with our friends but she has been my friend the longest. Stella really likes art and animals, along with spiritual practices.

The main crew all sat down with me and began chatting up a storm. "Hey Y/N! How are you doing today?" Stella asked while fixing up her hair. Stella has short hair and often gets mistaken for looking masculine a lot. "Eh, fine, I'm trying to see if I can go with you guys to the skate park today." I said while eating my sandwich I packed last night. Turkey was always a go to.

"We can all come to your house to convince your mom." Shawn suggested. My mom could never turn down a whole group. I only lived with my mom, I didn't talk to my biological dad too much. He's got better things to do than think of my siblings and I.

"Uh yeah we can do that!" I said while standing up to throw away my garbage. Ashton suggested going to get food while we were out. We all agreed and I noticed something wasn't right in the slightest.

"Guys, where is Michael?" Michael always shows up to sit with us. He's been my best friends for as long as I can remember, even longer than Stella.

"He's with his stupid other friends." Ashton stated while putting his hands in the pockets of jacket. "They are so cool." While saying that he did air quotes and emphasized his sarcasm. "They're actually assholes, they're really disrespectful." Shawn stated.

I know what I'm doing today.

The end of the school day rolled around and I told everyone I would meet them later. I have something I need to do.

I walked out in the hot Sun in the school parking lot and started my car. The Sun really was scorching today. I pulled out of my parking spot and headed off to my siblings school to pick them up and drop them off at home.

My younger brother Eli was in high school with me so we only needed to pick up Milo. Milo was in fourth grade and I had to go inside of the school building to retrieve him. Telling Eli to watch the car, I trudged my way into the same elementary school I haven't really been to in years.

Seeing Milo standing with his friends I tapped his shoulder. "Hey buddy are you ready to leave?" I spoke. He turned around, "Hi Y/N!! Can Evan get a ride home? He doesn't want to ride the bus." Evan was Michael's little brother. I'm so thankful him and Milo were best friends. "Of course! I was actually stopping there today so it works out!" I made them both grab each of my hands as we exited the building and walk through the parking lot.

"Evan!! We should have a play date today!" Milo exclaimed. I looked up in the rear view mirror as I was driving. "Ah not so fast you need to do your homework first, sorry buddy," I hated telling him no.
"Actually Y/N we have the same homework, we can do it together!" Evan said. Eli suggested to watch them at the house.
