I don't know how long I was asleep, but the next thing I know, I'm being woken up by someone picking me up and through me over their shoulder like before. The person went up the stairs, then walked for a minute or so before going up more stairs. After that, the person walked some more, then stopped. I heard a few knocks, then the sound of a door opening. The person took a few steps and dropped me on the floor, a carpet floor. I heard footsteps and then a door close.

It was silent for a few seconds, and then I heard a voice, a different voice.

"Take the blindfold off of him, the tape too." I heard the voice say.

Not too long after that, I heard someone come up behind me and rip off the blindfold. I instantly closed my eyes, the brights hurting my eyes. Then after that, the tape is ripped off my lips, making me let out a groan of pain.

Once my eyes adjusted to the light, I looked around. Since I didn't have my glasses, everything was a blur, so I squinted my eyes, trying to see where I was.

"Oh, I almost forgot." I heard one of the men say before I felt someone putting something on my face.

I blinked a few times and realized I could see again, I had my glasses on. I looked around again, seeing that I was in a huge office, a really nice one. I looked behind me and saw the four men that took me, their faces and hair still covered, only their eyes  being seen.

I turned and looked forward, seeing two people sitting at a desk, their face and hair also covered.

"What did you see?" The one right in front of me asked.

The tone in his voice made me start shaking in fear, too scared to say anything, but I knew I had to say something.

"I-I didn't see anything." I lied, my voice shaky and low.

Suddenly, the man slammed his fist on the desk and stood up, his eyes glaring at me darkly.

"What the fuck did you see?! I'm not going to ask again!" He shouted at me.

My heart started racing in my chest, tears already falling down my face. I looked down at the carpet, doing my best to hold in my sobs.

"I-I saw four men i-in an alleyway, h-hurting another man." I started, taking a moment to calm myself before speaking again. "T-They were talking about money, the man owing money, a-and then..." I stopped, more tears running down my face. "O-One of the men shot him, I-I made a noise, t-they heard me, a-and I ran." I said, before looking at the man in front of me, tears rolling down my face.

The man leaned forward to get closer to my face. "Sounds like you were in the wrong place at the wrong time." He said before reaching his hand out and lifting my chin up, so I could make eye contact with him. "And because of that, you can never go back to the life you had before, you live here now." He said, the glare never leaving his eyes. "Either that or you die, it's up to you." He added before letting go of my chin and sitting back in his chair. His eyes then moved to the four men behind me. "All four of you are in trouble as well, but we'll discuss your punishment later. For now, take him to his room and get him some new clothes to wear." He said in a serious tone.

"Yes sir." They all said before two of them grabbed me by my arms and picked me up, taking me out of the office.

Namjoon's POV

"Why didn't you kill him?" Jin asked me. "He saw everything, Joon, what if he escapes and tells the police?" He added.

I was silent, looking straight ahead at nothing in particular. "I just...couldn't." I said.

"But why?"

"I don't know, there was just...something about him that made me not want to kill him."

"Like what?"

"His eyes."

Jin furrowed his eyebrows. "His eyes?"

"Yes."

"So you're saying that you didn't want to kill him because of his eyes?" Jin asked, trying to understand me, but was definitely not understanding me.

"It's hard to explain, Jin."

"Then try, because I'm not understanding you right now."

"The way he looked at me, he looked like a scared baby deer, it just...didn't feel right to kill him."

"Joon, what if he escapes from here-"

"He won't."

"But if he does?"

"Then I'll handle it, Jin, are you really doubting my ability of being leader?"

"Of course not, but as the second leader, I need to understand your decisions."

"Just trust me, okay?"

Jin nodded and sat back in his chair. "Alright, I'll trust you for now, but if I feel like you're making a huge mistake, don't think for one second I won't step in and do something about it."

"I know you will."

"Good, now lets go, we have other things to take care of before we can actually rest."
