Marshmallow(s)
Small heart-shaped cookie cutter
Cooking spray

Step 1: Serve hot chocolate with some love. Carefully cut a marshmallow in half.
Step 2: Coat a small heart shaped cookie-cutter with cooking spray, and use it to cut hearts out of each half.
Step 3: Float the hearts in a cup of cocoa. Sweet!
