"You look happy, your majesty. What's the good news?" The Sercarian prime minister enquired as he gestured the maid to serve them drinks.

"Me? oh. . . " Taehyung smiled to himself before looking up at the older male, "Hyung? ah nevermind."

"Yah. You're hiding something, aren't you? I know I'm not general Min but we are cousins, aren't we? Bros before hoes, don't forget that." Chanyeol nudged his cousin brother before smirking at him , "Girl problem?"

"Huh . . . not really."

"Then what? Oh. . . it's probably about the blue eyed maiden, isn't it?"

"Han Kyung. Hyung, she has a name." Taehyung's gaze changed for a second as he glared at the older before chugging down the wine down his throat. "Hyung? I have no one to ask about this but as you're married and around my age. . . Can you help me?"

"With what? Aye. . . you never asked for any help related to women before. Hm. . . Is she that special?" Chanyeol filled Taehyung's cup as he eyed him, the impish smirk barely disappearing from his lips.

"She's special. My heart goes crazy just hearing her name, I don't know, Yoongi hyung said I'm not myself when It comes to Han Kyung. Is it?" The younger pouted while looking at the cup. "Aish. . . this is childish."

"Not really." Prime minister Park chuckled before sipping his drink. "I mean what that old man will know about blossoming love and affection? He's dying single, trust me." Chanyeol shook his head before eyeing the Emperor. "Is this your first time feeling this?"

"Why does it matter?"

"I mean. . . maybe puberty hit you really late? I told you not to spend much time with eunuch Min but. . . sigh. At least you're feeling this fluttering of heart, giddiness, nervous excitement, this is all part of youth, growing up." He patted Taehyung's shoulder. "I'm an expert."

"Really? Ah. . . sister in law really looks happy with you. Will Kyungie be happy with me too?"

"That's a. . tough question. But instead of asking for it's answer, why not find it yourself?" Chanyeol suggested making the younger look at him clueless.

"What do you mean?"

"Why don't you woo her properly? Take her out on dinner date--"

"AHHH HYUNG! I'm not that blur, I know how to be a good suitor. . . but it didn't work. We couldn't enjoy the dinner I planned for us. And the breakfast. . . I don't know." Taehyung sighed. "She doesn't want to marry me."

"Why not try to show her that you're not an asshole, that rude emperor, that rich brat , the womanizer. . . that everyone thinks-" Yoongi blinked as he stepped in making Taehyung stare at him. "What?"

"Were you eavesdropping? wait WHAT DO YOU MEAN WOMANIZER? RICH BRAT? AN. . . a-asshole? Yah General Min !?" Taehyung whined. "You're no help too. How will I do that?"
