See, the thing about the truth is... We ask for it, we pray for it, spend our lives looking for it. But in actuality, taking a risk that when we actually find it, it might not be what we wanted or imagined. When that happens, what do we do then?
Some describe truth as freedom, others as the most painful experience they've ever had. The truth has the ability to either make or break us. For those of you lucky enough to know how to control your emotions, you should be fine. But what about the rest of us? Those who not only run from the truth, but whose existence crumbles by knowing everything they know now, has changed everything that they thought was their reality.
So. What is reality? I mean, this quote is as old as time, there's your side, my side, and the truth. So, are we all living in our side of reality? Are we living in our own heads and seeing only what we choose to see?
Can reality be optional? can we choose to ignore reality, and create one of our own?
if we all have our own individual reality, shouldn't we all be able to mold it to our liking especially if the truth wasn't what we wanted.
Why live a life in pain, when we can choose to live it in ignorant peace. wouldn't that be better?
Things in our lives constantly change our path, a missed phone call, taking a different street, walking at a different pace, all of these things have made your life exactly what it is. along with your intentions and actions of course.
But the biggest thing, that can change your life is the truth. The truth not only alters your reality but completely transforms it.
