I was excited to sing for the judges. This was my last year and opportunity to try out for American Idol, so I hoped it would go well since this was my only chance.
I chose to sing Soul Shine for the judges.
I played my guitar and sang for them hoping they'd like it. The judges liked me enough to put me through to Hollywood Week. Harry thought I had a unique voice, so wanted to hear me sing two different songs which was kind of fun, but I was so happy I was going to Hollywood.
