Part 4

Weeks have past. Me and Johnny have been quite busy with our auditions. We always found our jobs fun to do and find joy with our team. Our team has been growing stronger together because we have been through alot with eachother. I have became best friends with Ash. Often visiting her private conserts. She has sucht an amazing voice! Not only am I her best friend but also a big fan. What more could you want? I often help Rosita with her piglets and they adore me. Rosita is my friend. Buster has been a bit misterious latly and he ceeps talking about the next big step in our lives. He want to assure us that one day it's really going to happen. I question his belief because we just got rejected. I was training in the garage doing my daily basics of training alone. It has been a month and I gotta say I started to build up some muscels. Even defeated Marcus almost in a combat row and he was impressed with my fast progress of learning. I do run in the morning every day before Johnny and I go to audition. That is the only thing Johnny knows about this 'new sport' of mine. But it's actually for myself to be stronger and faster. I kept jogging on the street listening to music. Listening to the song Burnin' up by Distant Cousins, I heard a ping on my phone that a messege was sent. I stopped for a minute and looked, seeing that Ash had send a messege. 

Meet me at the Friday rock concert tonight at 8 pm. XD She typed.

I smiled and typed back, Can't wait! I have the front row place?

Next to the Japanese foxfriends yes. She wrote back.

I chuckeld getting excited for tonights event. Today was a free day for me and Johnny, it was friday and almost weekend. Johnny wanted to prepare for the auditions so I took that time to jog and train. 

8 pm:

Off, off, with your head!

Heads will row.

Heads will row, on the floor!

I was jumping with the crowed and singing with them. Enjoying this night.

I cheered.

She finished and I cheered with the crowed.

"Thank you so much!" Ash said and winked at me with a causious move to follow her without anyone noticing it. I slipped threw the crowed openening a door what said no entry and sneaked inside. Notecing we had a visitor inside. Mr Moon.
"Moon!" Ash said excited and hugged him.
"You where amazing!" I said fangirling.
Ash chuckeld.
"Thanks. It's good to be on stage again."
"Wow you where indeed great out there. Hey Y/n." Moon said and I waved at him.
"Hey." I said back.
"I gotta go back out for an encore." Ash said excitedly jumping.
"Okay, hey what are you doing after the show?"
"Uh nothing." Ash said. "Listen, I know this is crazy short notice, but you always said to come back working with us when the time was right."
"Ofcourse."
"Well this is that time!" He said excited.
An aligator walked passed and pushed Buster aside. I glared at the aligator.
"Here paycheck." He grumbeld to Ash giving a peace of paper.
"I'm getting the gang together to go audition for this huge show...."
"Sush, Just a second." Ash said to Moon walking to the aligator. "Hey, Rick how come your only paying me half what the other acts get?" "I pay what I think your worth, sweatheart."
"Oh okay see I have this rule, not letting guys like you telling me what I'm worth, so you know unless I get paid like everyone else, I am out of here."
"This is the only club in town! Where else you gonna play?" He said.
"I have no idea but I'm sure as heck not sticking around here. Lets go!" She said to me and Moon.
"Wait a minute you gotta do the encore!" the aligator said. "Hey! Ash!"
"Deal with it sweatheart!" Ash said with a big smile and with that we left the place. 

We waited at the buss stop me and Johnny sitting on the suitecase.
"What do you think about it?" I asked.
His face expression looked quite worried. I knew that he was overthinking if I saw that look on him.
"I don't know." He answerd.
I tilted my head to the side a little when I payed attention to him. He noticed my movement and sighed.
"I have second thoughts about this." He said guilty looking at his shoes.
"Why? Is this not excited news?" I asked.
He shook his head.
"The lady rejected us and we are not good enough to run this show."
I could feel Johnny's insecurity and felt bad for him. I ussed to feel like that too. But since the training and everything going on I got more confident. Busters speaches of that the next step is possible just gave me some hope. He told me even failure is the lead to succes. I really believe in that. Sure it is not fun to fail. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes you will see your own reflections in it you don't like to hear about. But in the end it only makes you stronger and better.
"Do you really think this is actually going to work?" He asked the group.

"Okay I got the tickets. Anyone seen miss Crawley?" Buster asked. "Here you go Johnny and Y/n. Here's yours and..."
"Mr Moon uh, I'm sorry but I'm really having second thoughts about this." Johnny said.
"What? No, wait..." Buster said but he got interupted by the busdriver getting annoyed.
"Alright last call lets go!"
"Now just a second!" Mr Moon yelled back.
"Johnny's right, I mean, that theater scout, she didin't think we were good enough." Said Meena.
Your useless.
Came back into my mind of a memory from my angry boss when I first worked in a shop. That memory hits my insecurity back.
"She sounds like a jerk." Ash said.
"Yeah, total jerk." Gunter said.
"Yeah but she is wrong..... dead wrong. There's a reason our show is sold out every night, and I'm telling you, her boss is gonna love it."
"Yeah I never been into a big city before. It's a pretty big step..." I confessed to the group. Johnny puts an encouraging hand on my shoulder and squezed it lightly. To let me know he supports me. He knows I am nervous about changes.
"But that is the beauty of new things! To experience new things and challenges! I am sure you will fit in there in no time. You will love it." Buster said to me.
"Ohh! Or maby we could just like, do a different show you know?"
"Gunter, please, I got this!" Buster said what made me chuckel a bit.
"Seriously, I have this idea for, like, a space musical."
"That actually sounds like a brilljant idea!" I said excited.
"Yeah I know right?" Gunter said happy someone was excited about his idea.

"Alright were rolling out here!" The bus driver said annoyed closing the door.
"You don't want to hear about the space musical?" Gunter asked Mr Moon.
Buster looked in shock when the bus drove away.
"The bus!" I said haistly grabbing the suitecase, being just as worried as Mr Moon.
Mr Moon gasped.
"Guys, come on! Wait!" He said running after the bus.
I almost got to the bus but tripped on my suitecase and cursed softly.
"Y/n!" Johnny gasped running towards me.
A loud squirking sound was heard and the light of the bus blinded my eyes. Rosita stood infront of the bus with her armes wide. Stopping the bus driver to go any further.

Johnny did a gentel hand on my shoulder and helped me up.
"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" He asked with a worried expression. He scanned threw my body to see if there were any cuts or bruises.
I smiled softly and did a hand on his cheeck.
"I am fine honey." I said.
He looked a bit better after I said that.
I looked at Rosita again and the group gatherd around.
"You alright Y/n?" Ash and Moon asked.
"Yeah you fell so hard! I was worried you might hit the bus." Gunter said.
"Guys I am okay thanks." I said chuckling, my focus back on Rosita.
"Listen you guys! I have dreamed to preforming in Redshore city since I was a little kid. And besides, I just convinced my hushand to babysit for the next 24 hours, and I am not gonna waste on oppertunity like that!" She said. "So come on! We've got nothing to lose!"
"She is right." I said to Johnny and he nods smiling.
God he looks so cute when he smiles.
We got into bus and Rosita's speech gave me some hope again.
We are good enough. I just can feel it inside me and I am going to show them.

Authors note: Hey guys I am back! Sorry for the long time of not posting anything on this story. I had a wrighters block but now I have some insperation! I am excited to write further in this book. ^_^
