Y/n the child genius. The 9th grader got A's on every test she took. That's what everyone said about her, never taking the time to really talk to her. She was just too smart to be bothered ... right?

She's smart, has successful and wealthy parents, and lives in a HUGE mansion. What more could she need? Everyone stared at her even when she walked down the hallway.

How annoying, I hate it here. Stop looking at me already...

That's all people could ever say about me. Do they not know anything else?

Oh, she's probably thinking about her studies don't bother her! 

When will this all end?

Isn't she gorgeous?! I wish I could be her friend!

These people are so annoying. When will they understand..?

Y/n was sitting at her desk. At her private school, everything cost a lot so only rich kids or those with good grades could attend. When school ended she packed her bags and immediately left the classroom. She looked back and listened as her classmates happily chatted with each other.

"Maybe I should..."

suddenly, she shook her head and started walking to the exit again. There was no time to sit down and talk with them.

As I was walking out of the school I saw a car parked outside waiting for me "Great..." I murmured. "What are you doing here? I told you I was walking home today!" " Well Miss y/n last time you 'walked home' you actually went to an internet café for 2 hours, so your parents have told me to make sure you always immediately go home after school." "Yeah, whatever." I sighed and got into the car.

How annoying.

"Miss y/n?" I was snapped back to reality by my chauffeur. "Yeah?" "We're here." I looked outside the window and there it was my house, the beautiful and Exquisite mansion. I got out of the car and started walking towards my house.

When I walked in I saw a few maids cleaning inside " Good evening Y/n." they greeted and I nodded back as I walked to my room.

good my parents aren't home.

Once I got in I kicked off my shoes and changed into more comfortable clothes " Since I couldn't go to the internet café I guess I have to do my homework first" I went to my desk and finished my homework as fast as I could. once I was done I took out my laptop from my bag and started browsing through Reddit. then 

I found an interesting advertisement on the MMORPG subreddit,

"Hello everybody, after almost 8 years I and my team have almost finished making an MMORPG game for PC called Diamond Kingdom Online. It still needs a little improvement so we would like to have some people volunteer as beta testers and give feedback or report bugs in the game!"

if you want to volunteer, please send an email to DiamondKingdomDevgmail.com within 1 week of the creation of this post, but hurry up because there will only be 500 beta testers spots available!"

"Sweet! I've been kinda bored of all the other games I've been playing lately." I saw that the post had been made 1 hour ago with only 100 upvotes, which means there is still some time for me to sign up! I immediately emailed them for a spot as a beta tester.

"And now we wait..."

It's 1 week later and I just came back from school. I didn't even change my clothes or take off my shoes but I was already sitting on my bed with my laptop on my lap. I went to my email inbox to see if I had gotten an email back from the developers "Nothing ?" I sighed and plopped down on my back "I was too excited for nothing" I put my laptop on my desk took off my shoes and changed my clothes "Whatever I'm hungry anyway."

 I went downstairs to eat lunch and saw that my mother was home "Hello y/n, are you here to eat lunch." "Yeah, what about you?" "I have some work to do so I'll be in my office." "you're not going to eat with me?" "I'm sorry sweetheart but one of my employees messed up something so I need to work a little longer. Maybe next time ok?" "Fine!" I groaned and my mother gave me a kiss on my cheek as she went upstairs.

I went to the kitchen and asked the cook to make me whatever he wants and that I'll wait in the dining room.

after I ate I went back to my room and sat at my computer to play some video games. When I opened my laptop I saw that there was an email sent to me while I was gone.

"Dear player, the Diamond Kingdom developers are happy to inform you that you have been chosen as one of the 500 beta testers for our MMORPG game. Now to get started with the game please input the following code on our website to get the downloadable file for the game. but remember that the game will only be playable after midnight Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8) on Saturday, October 29th.

"YES I GOT IT plus tomorrow is Saturday so I can play this all day long!" I went to their website and put in the code, now I had the file on my laptop and just need to wait until midnight Pacific Standard Time.

"Ahh, this is going to take a while..."

I don't know what country you all live in but il use my own country's time for the story to go on which is Central European Standard Time (GMT+1) which is a 9-hour difference.
