I woke up beside Taehyung, who was cuddling me with her face buried in my chest. I giggled to myself as I whispered a low "cute" and patted her head. I removed her hands and sat up, rubbing my eyes, still half asleep. I stood up and went downstairs, where I saw Namjoon hyung trying to cook.

I ran to the kitchen, immediately stopping him from cooking. "Hyung, you shouldn't be cooking. Remember the run BTS episode...," I started to say, but Jin's voice cut me off.

"Can y'all shut the fuck up? I'll cook, but Namjoon, help me, dumb fuck. I can't walk properly," she spat, making Namjoon hyung laugh.

I walked upstairs to wake Taehyung up. I went into the room and sat beside her, admiring her beautiful features. I smiled and shook her gently. "Wake up..." I whispered, still shaking her.

"Hmm... Kook..." she whispered, and I smiled. "C'mon, wake up, baby. You and your friends are going somewhere..." I kissed her forehead, standing up and leaving the room, smiling as I thought about my proposal.

I walked downstairs, brushing my hair back. I took my car keys and went out the door, without Unnie and hyung questioning my reasons. I jumped into the car and started the engine, turning on the AC and settling into the seat.

I stretched my arms out, yawning. I grabbed my phone and checked the time along with a few text messages from my friends. I slipped on my slippers and stood up, my feet carrying me to the bathroom.

After my morning routine, I grabbed my phone and read a few messages. "Girls' night at 5:30..." I read quietly. I put my phone on charge and went downstairs.

I walked to the kitchen, only to realize I was home alone. I smiled when I saw pancakes on the table, my mouth watering at the plate. I sat down and started eating, scrolling through TikTok.

After finishing the plate, I stood up and placed my plate in the sink. I made my way upstairs to get ready.

Skip to 5:20 pm. I looked in the mirror, admiring my dress for the girls' night. I smiled and grabbed a hat. Finally exiting the closet, I heard commotion downstairs.

I walked down the stairs and saw my friends waiting with Jungkook. I walked over to them and group-hugged. I looked at Jungkook and hugged him also, giving him a small kiss.

"I feel single," Lisa interrupted. "Same," Rose added, munching on chips. A small giggle left my lips, and I broke the hug. I held Jungkook's hand as my friends followed behind.

We all got in the car and drove to a park. My eyes sparkled at the beautiful lights and street vendors. Jungkook looked at me and smiled softly.

We finally arrived, and we all exited the car. "You guys go; I'll be waiting," Jungkook spoke, giving me a peck. "Okay, see you," Rose waved goodbye.

As we went into the park, I immediately ran to the street vendors. I bought a few snacks, but when I returned, they were gone. I frowned and turned around, only to see a pathway made out of roses.

What was going on? I put down the food on a small table and followed the path. I arrived at a beautifully lit-up table for two. My eyes sparkled with delight as I saw a tall man waiting for me.

Walking towards him, he turned around, revealing himself. "H-how did you get here so fast? You were just with us a sec ago-"

I was cut off by a finger placed on my lips softly. "C'mon, baby, take a seat. Today's a very special day." He smiled at me softly, guiding me to one of the chairs.

He pulled out the chair slightly, creating enough space for me to sit down. I smiled and sat down. He gave me a kiss on the hand before walking to the other side.

A few servers approached our table with trays of food. My eyes glistened at the food placed in front of me and Jungkook. After the servers left, I grabbed a fork and knife quickly, gaining a chuckle from Jungkook.

I sliced into the steak, the knife smoothly cutting knife. I took a slice and put it in my mouth, a moan escaping my mouth at the burst of flavor.

We chatted for a while, talking about the past, high school moments, and soft giggles escaping our lips ever so often at unforgettable moments.

Two servers suddenly approached the table, carrying trays with what I assumed was dessert. Jungkook's eyes sparkled with excitement, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation.

It's almost time... As the two servers placed the food down, I watched Taehyung grab a spoon and dig into the ice cream. I grabbed a spoon for myself as I watched Taehyung make a weird face.

She put her fingers near her lips, and a ring came out of her mouth. "What the..." Her eyes told me she was confused, but a second later, she realized.

"Jungkook..." She looked at me as I stood up from my chair and approached her. She stood up as I grabbed the ring and held her hand, looking into her eyes.

"Tae... I've been admiring you since the day you got transferred to Park's high school. You've been my queen ever since I asked you out and asked you to be mine for the first time. I loved you with all my heart these past few years. No one can ever compare to you; you're perfect.

I will always be by your side and help you get through your problems and sufferings. I'll always fight for you and take the pain so you don't have to. So, will you marry me and be my Mrs. Jeon forever?"

Her eyes filled with tears as a smile spread upon her lips. "Yes!!" She jumped into my arms as I grabbed the ring and slid it easily onto her finger.

I placed a kiss on her lips, a kiss filled with passion and love. I pulled away and mumbled a small "I love you."
