"Oh hell no. No, no in hell!" Jin stands up and walks to where his father is sitting, "You can't be serious, no way in hell, you want to force me to marry him! Is that my punishment? I can't fucking stand him!"
"You have a lot of nerve Seokjin, you really have a lot of nerve. You don't get a say in this, and it won't be a real marriage as I would never do this to Jungkook, do you realize how hard you are to deal with? You'd be lucky if Jungkook agreed to save this situation, and I can't blame him if he didn't agree." Hyunwoo looks at his son in a serious manner. "I want you to go sit on your bed, and I don't want to hear you speak up or interrupt again. I'm doing all of this to save your ass."
"Save my ass?" Jin chuckles unbelievably, "What do you mean I don't get a say? I'm the one who's being forced to marry someone he hates!"
"And I believe the feeling is mutual, I'm sure Jungkook doesn't want anything to do with you even more than you do, but I can't think of anyone else who could marry that won't try to take advantage of the situation. So, I suggest you shut up and let me fix your mistake." Hyunwoo finishes talking.
Jin looks angrily at his father and leaves the room, unable to believe his father would do this to him and Hoseok follows him.
Hyunwoo shakes his head and looks at Jungkook again, who didn't speak a word yet, "I know this is a huge favor, and I want you to know that I'm not forcing you, you have every right to refuse to marry that son of mine, but if you agreed I'll forever be indebted to you. Your father was my best friend, I always treated you like a son and I don't wish to force you into doing anything. It's up to you and as I told Seokjin, it will not be a real marriage." Hyunwoo looks at Jungkook with hope in his eyes. "So, what do you say?"
Jungkook clears his throat, "I don't think that's fair to the both of us."
"I know, trust me, I know. It's not fair especially to you, you didn't do anything wrong and you don't deserve to sacrifice." Hyunwoo tells Jungkook as he hangs his head low. "I realize that this is my mistake as well, I spoiled Seokjin too much to the point where I believe I ruined him. This wasn't my intention. His mother died when he was so young and I felt like I have to make it up to him, I realized a long time ago that not saying no to him when I should have is the worst thing I did to him. But I plan on fixing that mistake as well." Hyunwoo finishes with a sigh.
Even though he clearly told Jungkook that he can refuse, Jungkook feels like he can't. He remembers how Hyunwoo took care of him after his father's death. His father died when he was in college and Mr. Kim supported him both emotionally and financially, even though they didn't need help financially as his father was a partner in the company, but Mr. Kim always visited with groceries and brought a lot of gifts and sometimes paid his tuition in college. He knows that he wanted to assure Jungkook that he could be a father figure to him, that Jungkook can depend on him. Even after college Hyunwoo trained Jungkook personally to take his father's place in the company and Jungkook knows that he owes him a lot.
He thought about it for some time and decided to give him his answer, "I'll do it. I'll marry Seokjin." Jungkook says and looks at Hyunwoo.
Hyunwoo turns to look at Jungkook surprisingly, "Really? You'll really marry him?"
Jungkook nods his head, "Yes, we will get through this, uncle, don't worry."
Hyunwoo gives Jungkook a thankful smile before he gives him a hug, "Thank you."
"It's okay. I have to go and explain the situation to mom." Jungkook says.
Hyunwoo nods his head and turns to look at Taehyung, "You go and inform Seokjin about this, tell him to get ready for the wedding, and tell him that he better behave."
