Casey Becker and her best friend Lana were laughing while making popcorn. The phone starts ringing causing the laughter to stop both girls looked at each other before Casey decides to answer it.

"hello who is this "she answers picking up the phone while Lana looks threw the horror movies they had picked out.

"who's this" a mysterious male voice is heard causing Lana to look over towards Casey. Before walking over to hear while motioning her to keep talking.

"well who are you trying to reach" Casey asks

"what number is this" the stranger ask confused

"well what number are you trying to reach" Casey then ask

"I don't know" the stranger says causing Lana to roll her eyes at that

"well I think you have the wrong number" Casey says with a shrug

"do I " the stranger says

"it happens take it easy " Casey says before hanging up.

"well that was strange on a scale from 1 to ten" Lana says laughing before going to the kitchen to do the popcorn while hearing the phone ring again .she stays in the kitchen while Casey goes to answer again. which leads her tp playful flirt with the stranger Lana thinks that's kind of stupid since she has a boyfriend named Steve. while all that is going on Lana decides to call her big brother Jace . The phone rings for a few good minutes before her brother answer's it.

"hello" his groggy voice answers clearly she had waken him up.

"hey big brother sorry didn't mean to wake you." says Lana chuckling

while all the is going on Lana didn't notice that Casey and her phone call had taken a drastic turn of event's. But by noticing her smile falter at the next thing that they both heard come from the strangers mouth causing both girls to freeze up.

"cause I'm wanting to know who I'm both looking at" the stranger says very eerie like. making both girls looking at each other

"what did you just say" Casey says a little shaken before looking around causally

"I said I'm wanting to know who I'm taking to" the stranger says causing both girls to know he just lied they know what they heard. The ounce night that was just giggles and laughter had just suddenly turned dark and eerie like cause a chills to go down both girls backs.

"that's not what you just said" Casey says before turn to the backyard doors turn the lights on in the backyard as both girls looked all around causally .

"what do you think I said" the stranger ask eerie like.

"what" he says not hearing a response.

"hello"

"look I have to go" Casey says shaking off that feeling before locking the door and turning the lights off.

Lana had watched all this from the behind Casey before letting out a breath of relief. Before walking back towards her phone fixing to call back her brother. Heading upstairs to the guest room not notice some one slowing sneaking up behind her before everything goes dark she hears glass shattering and Casey scream not noticing it would be for the last time.

after a long while Casey's parents have arrived home not know what has happend.as soon as they walked in they see the miss before calling out the two girls names franticly .while dad looked up stairs the mother looked around down stairs after putting the fire cover popcorn in the sink with running cold water. The farther finally found Lana down on the floor out cold bleeding from the gash on her heard. He shakes her wake causing Lana to shoot up straight gasping.

"where's Casey" Lana says frantic like while standing up shaky .but he just shakes his head not knowing before the both head down stairs hearing the mother on the phone with a gasping Casey before the call was cut off. The farther told them to both go to the neighbors next door. but as soon as both woman stepped outside they each let out screams pierce threw the night seeing Casey hung from the swing connected to the tree with her guts hanging out dead. the farther ran towards his dead daughter as the woman both clung to to each other screaming and crying.
