The self-proclaimed 'Night Dragons' are leading a group of neo-fascist criminals who are breaking into people's houses and cars, then killing them at random.
When one of these thugs threatens to kill a bystander, Jeon Jungkook, an intense ex-marine, is assigned to put a halt to the killing spree.
The man, ranting weirdly about a "New World," points a sawed-off shotgun at Jungkook, who counters with a knife, then shoots him when he refuses to put down his weapon.
Another murder is attributed to the Night Dragons later that night, and another the next day.
A young boy, an art student, is there for this one.
Before the criminals can kill him, he drives away, but it doesn't take long for some creepy-looking people to threaten his - and Jungkook's - lives.
Jungkook intends to take the only witness to the bloodshed upstate, but the thugs track them down thanks to inside intel.
Jungkook, Taehyung, and the thugs are fighting for their lives.
