JAYDENS POV

Today was Friday. I was just laying on my bed thinking about all the things I could be doing right now if my parents hadn't grounded me for coming home high a couple nights ago. Luckily my parents didn't take my phone off me, so my only entertainment has been texting my friends, scrolling through instagram and watching tik tok.

*BUZZ*

I looked over at my phone sitting on my bedside table, I saw a message pop up from Maddy

Maddy <3

Maddy <3 : Heyyy bitch
Me: hi
Maddy <3 : Are u still grounded?

Me: Yep, till Sunday 🙄

Maddy <3 : Uhhh, do u think u can sneak out tomorrow night?

I sigh before answering Maddy's message. I want to sneak out, but also if my parents finds out they will just ground me for even longer

Maddy <3

Me: ummmm

Maddy <3 : ??

What the fuck am I doing?! Why am I worried about sneaking out? It's nothing I haven't done before.

"Fuck it" I say to myself quietly as I start text Maddy

Maddy <3

Me: Yeah sure
Me: why?

Maddy <3 : Mc Kay's having a back to school party, me and all the other girls are going

Maddy <3 : me and nate are on a break rn so I can actually have fun!

Me and Maddy have been best friends since she started dating my brother Nate. I know what your probably thinking 'a 17 year old and 14 year old? Why would they be friends?' But Maddy is like my older sister now, it's really nice to have Maddy around.

Even though she is older than me, I'm usually the one who gives the advice. Maddy and Nate have the weirdest relationship ever bro. But anyway, I still support what ever makes her and my brother happy.

Maddy <3

Me: Omg! Yes! I'll come!!!

Maddy <3 : YASSSS
Maddy <3 : U can come over during the day and we can plan our outfits!

Me: Okayyy, imma go shower
Me: Love u bitchhhh

Maddy <3 : ok, love u too babe!!

I was super excited to be going to a party. I love parties! The loud music, the smell of alcohol and weed. That's my shit.

I wasn't too happy about the outfits Maddy always made me wear though. Short skirts, skin tight dresses. I'm more of a baggy jeans and hoodie sorta girl. But, oh well I guess.

(SATURDAY MORNING)

"JAYDEN! UNLOCK THE DOOR! JAY!"

I wake up hearing Nate yelling and banging on my door "UNLOCK THE FUCKING DOOR!" I hear, I roll out of bed and run to the door. I'm kinda pissed. This is not how I like to wake up.

"WHAT!?"

I yell as I open the door, Nate is standing at the door with a glass of water in his hand.

"Holy shit Jayden! I thought u died!" Nate says letting out a deep breath.

"Why did u wake me up?" I ask rubbing my eyes

"Oh, here! I brought you breakfast!" He says handing me a glass of water

"Water? For breakfast?" I ask

Nate looks around. Then he pulls something out of his pocket, a vape. I smile immediately.

"I fucking love you" I whisper happily at Nate.

Nate smiles and ruffs up my hair a bit

"Are you going to Mc Kay's party tonight?"

He asks

"Yeah, I'm going with Maddy"

"Oh that bitch"

Nate says angrily. Oops I forgot they are on a break

"We'll, have fun. I'll see you later"

Nate says smiling at me. I smile back at him then start closing the door. I walk over to my bed and sit down. As I take by first hit of my vape, feeling the grape flavoured substance fill my lungs i sit back and open my phone and see a text from Kat

                                    Kat

Kat: hey, do u know anything about crypto currency?

I look at my phone in confusion

                                   Kat

                                                          Me: wtf is that?
Kat: nvm, see u tonight

                                                                        Me: yep

I start getting ready to go to Maddy' s. I jump off my bed and start packing my bag.
