It had been a few days and the freeze was starting to end and you were closer with all the dragons on Lonebreeze and you had also worked out a system for living together like that - Heatwave and Nori handled the fish and Death made sure to keep everyone warm. You kind of liked just hanging out like that.
"Y/n!"
"Dalfon!" you smiled, standing up. "What's up? Your flight was shorter than usual."
"Berk's in trouble!" he informed, landing.
"What is it?" you asked, Glacier coming to stand next to you and Leaf, well, she came too but was now fully grown and you could barely look over her back when she was standing next to you.
"An armada of Berserkers and all their weapons are gone," Dalfon told you.
You furrowed your brows in thought before you came up with a plan. "Dalfon, get everyone here. We're going to need all the help we can get."
***
"We're going to attack the ships in the back!" you yelled to the dragons over the wind.
"Can I burn them?" Death asked excitedly.
"Of course! We'll blast them with all we've got!" you grinned.
***
As you were drowning the ships, a rain of arrows was fired towards you guys. "Look out!" you yelled.
A moment later, it was over. Nobody was hit and you resumed your job. You did that up until you saw familiar dragons fly towards you. "Back to Lonebreeze, everyone!" you yelled, the dragons doing as told without a second thought.
***
"Good job, guys," you congratulated.
"Thank you, but, I have an idea," Heatwave proposed.
"What's that?" you asked.
"Maybe you can take the saddles off of me and Dalfon?" he asked. "Since you don't fly with us as much, it would be better for both scouting and ourselves."
"Of course," you smiled, walking to the river.
A few minutes later, everyone scattered and you place the two saddles in your cave, keeping them for whenever they could be needed.
