"Hello, everybody." Came the voice of Scorpious Malfoy as he stepped out of the fireplace.
"Hey." Were the unenthusiastic replies he received.
Currently, James and Albus Potter were sprawled across the floor of the house of Ron and Hermione Weasley. Lily Potter and Hugo Weasley were both on a couch and Rose Weasley was sat down in a chair nearby. All were bored out of their minds.
"Wow! Tough crowd." Scorpious muttered sarcastically.
"Well then, Mr. Sarcastic-Pants, you would be bored too if you were stuck in this stupid house with no adults to annoy!" James exclaimed at him.
"Geez! There has to be something to do." He responded.
"Hey, let's explore you guys' attic!" Albus recommended.
"Why?" Rose questioned.
"Who knows what your parents keep up there?!" He said.
"Alright, it's better than doing nothing." Lily relented, standing up, the others following her.
Once they were in the attic the kids, spreading out, started going through boxes. A few minutes into their search Hugo called out to the others.
"Guys, come look at this!"
"What is it?"
"It" was a small hourglass in a circle, hooked to a long chain, forming a necklace.
"I think that's a time-turner! Mom had one in her 3rd year so she could participate in all her classes!" Rose explained.
"Let me see it!" James and Albus called out at the same time.
However, unlike Albus, James grabbed at the time-turner. Hugo not expecting the sudden force, was caught off guard. The time-turner dropped to the floor and shattered.
"Bloody Hell!" Rose screamed as all of the kids experienced a tugging sensation and were whisked away. Whisked away to the Hogwarts Great Hall in the year of 1995.
