Izuku lost everything, his family, his friends and his life but he gained a power he never thought he would have just a few days before his 12 birthday but he lost the only one he cared for days later, he ran away only knowing two things:

I don't own Marvel, Dc or Boko No hero academia and I don't own any of the artwork in this Fanfiction but I do own the plot and the actual story idea (I didn't find anything like this other than just spiderdeku, spiderman in young justice or deku in young justice) anyway hope you enjoy.
As Izuku stirred awake he was scared, he didn't know where he was or what day it was, he was wearing a medical towel thing and if he didn't get to school on time Izumi and her friends would give him an extra beating. In his panic he leaped out of the hospital bed to find out where he was but he met someone that cared for him come into his room. "Mr Kumo." Izuku said with great joy and in English as he saw the owner if Fisuku Labs.
"Zuku, your finally awake, thank the heavens," Haru Kumo says with a small smile and tired eyes, from one look you could tell he was worried but a huge weight had been lifted from his shoulders but then he asks "have you grown recently? I swear you were shorter a week ago." As Izuku was about to awnser he didn't know what to say, he thought everything was slightly further away. "Yeah, I think I grow a bit, hang on what day is it?"
"Monday," Haru says but then asks "why do you seem frightened?" In return Izuku awnsers "N-nothing, do you know where my clothes are?" Haru knows Izuku isn't telling him everything but let's it go, he thinks that he will ask him later but asks one question "Why did it have blood on?" Izuku freezes in his place, he doesn't want the person who he looks at as a father to know he is bullied, he doesn't want Haru to look down on him "I-I hand a run in wi-with a vi-villain he hit a few times before a h-hero turned up."
"Tell me the truth Zuku, I just don't want you to be in danger." Haru tells 'Zuku' while he starts to shake as he yells "I-I-I am beaten at school, ok!?" Haru just looks him as he hugs him telling him "You should have told me, it's okay now, it's okay now." Izuku hugs him too but when he tries to let go he can't. "Uhhh, Haru, I can't let go."
About 20 minutes later Izuku is sitting in a testing room with Haru standing in front of him "You haven't awaken a quirk but your dna has definitely changed," Haru says looking at Izuku "your dna is like it's fused with arachnid dna, one from my lab, were you bit by one of them." As Haru says this Izuku realises that that is how he fell unconscious, he felt a sting, then all went numb, he fell backwards and must have crushed the spider, he tells Haru all of this as Haru rushes off grabbing Izuku's school clothes that were covered in blood, Izuku was wearing a hoodie and some jeans they found in the lab as Haru arrives he gets the crushed spider out of Izuku's school shirt and does a quick dna test as he steps back "Izuku I think that spider gave you powers."
(Sorry if you don't like me rushing things I personally want write more things I find interesting so I don't get bored and quit halfway through like my other fanfictions) Over the next few hours Izuku trains in Haru's private testing lab finding some of his abilities out such as his organic webbing, his spider sense, his enhanced physical body and a few other abilities after about 8 hours of training Izuku finally notices his amazing stamina only being slightly out of breath (Izuku is not even 12 yet so get your minds out of the gutter) as he leaves for the day, going to a store to get some dinner for himself a villain starts to attack, he sees people in danger and grabs a red ski-mask and goggles next to him and swings into battle.

The giant beast like villain charges done the street flipping cars that held people in as suddenly a boy wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans and a red ski-mask swings into action kicking the titanic rhinoceros man only for it to slightly knock him back, as he looks at who did it he screams at the top of his lungs in an American accent while in a mess of Japanese and English "YOU WANT MESS WITH ME KID!!!" As he screams that he grabs the boy, throwing him at a building and a loud crash is heard, even with Izuku's enhanced body he is still in pain, blood coming down his head.
Izuku suddenly feels great fear and great doubt and he sees the villain turning away after seeing Izuku frozen and although Izuku couldn't hear him say it the villain said "Even kids are fake heroes now a days, I wonder why there aren't true heroes like the Justice League here." After saying that the villain starts to run off and causes huge havoc in his path so Izuku wipes away his fear launching at him, he swings from one building to another and a car is launched at him as he jumps over it using his webs to stick it to a building as it had people "STAY THERE I WILL BE BACK SOON!!" Izuku screams at the people as he webs the villain launching two kicks at the villain's chin knocking him back.
"OH, YOU'RE BACK NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!" The villain screams at Izuku "Yeah I'm back ugly, you look like a rhino, that fits you Rhino." Izuku says as he webs the new named Rhino's face then punches him with more strength than normal "YOU'RE IN TROUBLE NOW KID!!" Rhino screamed at Izuku punching him dead in the chest knocking him into a car, he feels the pain and can't get back up, he remembers what his sister has called him before that he was a useless brother, what Katsuki had said how he could never be a hero, how Katsumi had said that he is incapable to be loved, how Sakura laughed at his attempt to save a small kid against them, how Shoto told him to stop trying to be a hero.
Even after all those thoughts go through his mind he slightly opens an eye seeing Rhino about to kill an American lady who had white hair with her hair in a bun and a young American boy with brown hair and glasses, as Izuku saw that he gets up sprinting at full speed webbing two buildings and launches at Rhino and punches him straight in his face and webs him throwing him 30ft away then Rhino gets up sprinting at him with his horn facing Izuku, as he gets within 3ft of Izuku, Izuku flips over the villain grabbing his horn flipping Rhino over and then grabs Rhino's head and says one thing "Night."
Izuku uses his paralyse ability to incapacitate Rhino as the police arrives Izuku makes sure the Lady and the boy are ok. "You okay?" Izuku said in English "Yes, thank you, are you okay hero?" The lady asks in English with Izuku saying "Yeah but I'm not a hero, I'm just a kid." Then the boy says "But you saved us!!" The boy says with the lady saying "Even if you don't see yourself as a hero we see you as one, thank you, I'm May Parker and this is Peter Parker but if you're not a hero I think you may want to go."
"Yeah, thanks have a good rest of your day." Izuku waves goodbye as he swings away in slight pain and looking back at the two as a man shows up kissing May and messing Peter's hair up. Izuku smiles at the family under his mask as he is two blocks away from Fisuku Labs with that the sun starts to set, the day ends with a new hero being born and Izuku forgetting two things going to school and having dinner.
