-Brandon-

"Brandon Rayman's behavior is unacceptable!" I hear my principal scream at my mom.

I'm sitting outside my principal's office, waiting for the inevitable outcome of me getting expelled. I was used to it, given the fact that I had been expelled from most schools, but listening to my principal shouting at my mom.. I can't help but feel guilty.

"I know, I know but if you give him another chance, I'm sure he can prove himself." my mother tried to reason out.

"All I've been doing is giving him chances, Sally. I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I have to get him expelled." my principal said.

"I understand. I'll be showing myself out now." my mom said.

I then hear footsteps approaching the door and I immediately stand up. My mom comes out the door and starts down the hall, towards the exit. I follow her out to our car.

As soon as we get to the car, my mom gets into the drivers seat and I get into the back. I bite my lip, trying to find words to say.

"Mom, look I'm sorry. It wasn't my fault. The kid that did it was obviously lying." I said.

My mom looks at me with those eyes of hers through the rearview mirror and I look back at her. Her eyes were brown, they look just like mine she says, but she says I had a mischevious flare in my eyes. I had inherited a lot from my mom. The brown eyes, the nose, my lips even. But my lips looked a bit more male-like. What was left of my dad, was my hair. Instead of the blonde hair of my mother, I was given the messy black hair of my dad. That probably explains why I can't remember him much. He died when I was little. I usually don't wanna talk about it.

Back to the matter at hand.

We looked into each other's for a while. I'm scared mom would give me a scolding because my mom can get REALLY scary when she wants to. Instead, she just gives out a big sigh.

"I could see that, Bran, but obviously, your principal did not. Let's go find a school who understands. I know you didn't like that school. " she says and smiles at me.

I let out a sigh of relief and smile back at her. I love my mom. She's cool like that. For the rest of the ride home, we talk about random stuff that we always talk about.

I wonder what school am I gonna go to next.

Hey guys! This is my first fic so please be gentle with your reviews! Although, comment on how I could get better too!
