we all have struggles, struggles that sometimes make us wonder how its possible to get out of it. some people have certain ways to cope with it like self harm. self harm relieves some people, makes then feel like their problems leave for even just a little while. self harm comes in many forms and intensity levels. if you are reading this and you self harm in any way, i just want you to know that even though it may feel like self harm is the only way out of things, its not at all. normally people would say something like "just talk to someone about it" i think that it depends on what you want to do, if you really want to express your feelings to someone else, go right ahead, it really does help, but if the idea of talking to anyone about anything scares you, you can write about it, you can keep a journal, also this account is a great place, we love to read things about people and try to help them through it. we love everyone that reads our books and even if you dont read this and maybe someone told you about it, we still love you very very much.
