Chapter 1

Tris POV

I moved to Chicago because I wanted to take a break from music and dancing and wanted to go back to school so I'm going to start at Divergent High. I just hope that people don't use me because of my fame it has happened before with my ex Peter and don't want it to happen again. My brother Caleb lives in New York with my parents so at the moment I know no one here at all.

I get woken up by my alarm at 7, I jump out of bed and go off to get ready. I went to my wardrobe to find something to wear. It took awhile but I decided to wear my white patterned top which has 'make up your mind' on and two arrows, my spotty high wasted shorts and my pink and black converse. I curled my hair and pined the sides back then added a small amount of makeup. I was finally ready. I look at my phone and saw that the time was 7:45. School doesn't starts till 8:30 so I decided to go down and ask the cook to make me a bacon wrap for breakfast. As I waited I watch 90210 from season 1. By the time I had finished eating and got my bag it was time to leave. I got into my car and left for school.

I arrived at school I can tell people are looking at me as soon as I get out of my car. Luckily no one comes running over asking for stuff or anything like that all they do is look at me which is kind of creepy but I'm used to it now. I go grab my timetable from the office. As I begin to read it I realised my lesson weren't that bad.
Monday - Music, PE, Lunch, Maths
Tuesday - Science, Music, Lunch, Free Period,
Wednesday - Maths, PE, lunch, English
Thursday - Music, Free Period, Lunch, Science
Friday - PE, English, Lunch, Free period.
Locker number-46 - 64 24 14
I was too busy reading it and bumped into girl she was really pretty. As we both got up she noticed who I was as soon as she did she said "Omg I'm soooo sorry I wasn't paying attention" over and over again so I kept tell her "It's fine trust me I was looking at my timetable."
She finally calmed down it took awhile but she did. "Anyway now that I have calmed down I'm Christina it's nice to meet you," she said.
"Hey well I Tris Prior as you already know."
"Do you need any help finding you classes or locker if you pass me your time table I can help and show you around if you want."
"Sure that will be great," I say as I pass her my timetable. As she looks through it she seems very excited and happy. " We have all the same classes and my locker is next to yours," she says will the biggest smile I have ever seen. I think me and her will be good friends.
