JAYDENS POV

"Where are we?"

I ask ashtray as we get out of the car at what looks like a skate park

"I thought, maybe you could teach me how to skate?"

Ashtray asks, taking two skateboards out of the back of the car.

"Omg! Yes!"

I say excitedly

Me and Ashtray walk over to the skate park

"Ok, so first, you just need to get on the skate board"

I say, taking ashtrays hand and helping him into his skateboard

"Then, just do what I do"

I say, starting to skate in front of him. He just stands there and looks confused. I Skate back to him and grab his hands, then help him get started skating.

(Ok so what I was kinda imagining here is like a slow motion montage of Jayden and Ashtray skating around and laughing. With the song-washing machine heart- by Mitski playing)

ASHTRAYS POV

"Ok, ok. I'm done"

I say walking over to a short concrete wall and sit down. Jayden skates up to me, then sits down next to me.

"You did good pretty boy"

She says smiling at me. God she is gorgeous.

"Yeah?"

I say smiling back at her

"Yeah"

She says, still smiling. I feel my face being drawn in, and my lips meeting with Jaydens. I pull away, then look her in the eyes. Our faces still super close

"I fucking love you Jayden"

At first she looks confused, then she smiles

"I fucking love you too Ash"

She says, as our lips meet again.

*THE NEXT DAY*

JAYDENS POV

I woke up at like 6am to go to a cheer practice with Maddy and Cassie. They wanted me to go with them since they didn't feel like we were spending enough time together recently. Since I have always been hanging with Ashtray.

"So goes it going with you and Ashtray?"

Cassie asks as we are driving to practice

"It's um, it's going good"

I say, as soon as Cassie even said his name. My whole stomach filled with butterflies.
